    Alex and the team at Southern Host Vitality are wonderful. Alex is communicative, well organized, diligent and kept my home in tip top shape while he managed it for the summer. He has strategies to increase hits on Airbnb and maintained my high rating on Airbnb. There was one maintenance issue that came up (having nothing to do with Southern Host Vitality or my guests) and Alex managed it calmly and expediently which I was so grateful for. Highly recommend using SHV for your property management needs!
