I’m in love!! Very elegant homes! Very cutesy, Very demure!! Stephanie is awesome and makes everything work out!!! The process of moving was easy. The fact I’m a country girl at heart!! Finding this home would be a needle in the haystack in Dallas and Arlington! The prices are very reasonable considering how he market. I’m glad GOD put my name on one of these homes. I’m ready to decorate and soon I’ll update with photos and more reviews. So far it’s the best thing happening in the market!! If you like to entertain guest, the aesthetics feeling and country life all in one!!!!! Then look no further!!! This is it!! Walk into your belessing and OWN IT! This is country so expect to see the insects, some coons and natural life. Be country and city at the same time lol! 😂 I’m so glad my daughter can get a bike and I will be here until I finish school. It’s perfect! Especially for single moms!

I’m giving Sonata Estates 5 stars! There were some changes through the process that made it a bit slow but customer service support was top of the line! Ms. Stephanie and her new staff member are on top of it all! You will LOVE the concept and modern touches in the homes. The office staff is super helpful-the sweetest!!! Great additional home for our temporary needs. Cutest modern cottage style homes. Easy!

My husband and I just love this place!!!! This is the best concept ever! I cant say enough about Stephanie. She is the best! 😀 She made the application process so smooth! She went above and beyond! Thank you, Stephanie! Even the mymove application was helpful. The maintenance team is great, also! This place is amazing!!!❤️

Just moved in on Sunday and I love it here! Quiet neighborhood and so much space. Definitely would recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Also everyone in the front office is really sweet and welcoming, I loved briyawna!
