I had a very positive experience working with Sonar Realty. The founder, Danny, was very helpful in the process of finding an apartment in Austin. I am very impressed with their attentiveness and dedication to make the renting application process as easy and stress free as possible. Even when I was unavailable to take a proper tour of the place I wanted to check out, Danny went out of their way to go to the property and record a video of the property for me, and made sure that I was left with no questions unanswered.

I really enjoyed my experience working with Managing Broker Danny Salomon. I expressed interest in a few properties and within 48 hours Danny had a schedule to go see them -- I was hoping to move soon, so this quick turnaround was very appreciated. She knew the properties well and answered all of my questions -- she was also sensitive to my personal needs. I really wanted a quiet neighborhood and all of the properties we saw were in quiet neighborhoods, which is a feat in ATX! She even went above and beyond near the end of the tour finding an additional property to see that fit my specific needs. In the end, I applied for a very cute studio with vaulted ceilings in a quiet neighborhood. I cant explain it, but I instantly felt at home when I was touring it. I could tell that me having this feeling was important to Danny, and Im sure she feels this way with all of her clients. Highly recommend!
