Being a Community Manager for over 10 years I can’t say enough great things about SmartWebs. The system makes my job so much more efficient. I love the ability to prepare a letter, attach a photo and send the letter all in one process. The time I’m spending for site reviews is reduced and I’m able to spend more time on other tasks. We are early adapters when it comes to finding faster, smarter ways of doing property management here in the Detroit area. Smartwebs fit perfectly with that philosophy when we signed up with them six years ago. Our managers are using SmartViolations in the field and back at the office to process compliance issues fast, accurately and with the minimum of administrative hassle. Their help desk gets us out of trouble anytime we get off track. Just great people to work with. I wholeheartedly endorse their services.

Our company has been using Smartwebs for three years. Our account is extremely complex and I truly dont believe that another company/team could have gotten us through the implementation of a new system. Everyone on the team has been extremely patient with us and has provided an incredibly high level of customer service. We have made several custom requests and they have not only listened and considered all our requests, but also implemented several of them. Our company, and I as the primary contact, have been treated with kindnesss, patience and always made to feel as though we are their most important client. This is to say that they believe in not only meeting the clients expectations, but totally exceeding them. I recommend Smartwebs without reservation.

Ive been using the software for about a year now, mostly for compliance matters. Its very convenient, easy to navigate and makes completing site reviews and tracking the updates very efficient. The graphics are easy to read. One of the benefits I like is you can switch back and forth between a map of the community and the list of addresses. Depending on where you are, you may need to see the overall landscape of the community. Its been very helpful to me. I would recommend Smartwebs to any company looking to streamline their processes.

I have worked in real estate for over 20 years and I currently manage a 1,600 home POA community. Words cannot fully describe the value smartwebs will bring to your business and quality of life. The ability to efficiently and effectively complete inspections and ARC request in an easy to follow nearly effortless system is priceless. I would go back to using a beeper instead of my IPhone before I would go back to life without smartwebs. You really need to give this a try!
