Angel Villaruel with SmartEgg Properties has helped me out so much over the last month and a half. At the end of August, I lost my access card for the complex where I live, and we (Angel, the homeowner, and myself [tenant]) had a very hard time getting a response/a replacement access card from Associa. Since August, Angel kept me updated about the situation, was an excellent liaison between myself and the owner, and suggested temporary solutions while we awaited Associa’s response. She responded to frequent emails, texts, and phone calls from me promptly. Additionally, she expressed her understanding of my frustrations and irritations; I admittedly let some frustrations take over in an email regarding Associa’s lack of communication, and Angel helped me better understand that she and the owner were doing everything in their power to resolve the situation. I hope I don’t lose my access card again in fear of dealing with Associa once more, but if I do, I know Angel will be ready and willing to help!
