I have to say they are so great. They making things possible and always do what they say theyre going to. Eric is great. If you have maintenance issues or anything you need help with they will do what they can to get things fixed. Super nice people as well!

Working with Silver Tree management has been a breeze, especially working with Eric Cannon. Ive never worked with a realtor that actually cares and is extremely professional. Move in was excellent, the whole process was smooth and easy. I feel heard and when theres an issue it gets handled. Im so glad to have worked with Eric and finding my new home. I would recommend anyone to work with this group and Eric, theyre one of a kind, (In a GREAT WAY) when dealing with property management/landlords. Happy to be were Im at thanks to Eric.

These guys are the best! They have everything streamlined so you don’t have to do a thing. I was hesitating about using a property management company again (I had a bad experience in the past with a property I owned going unrented for a few months with another property management company) Not with these guys, they had my place rented in 3 days! You can just tell immediately that they are on top of things for you. I’m so glad I found them, if you’re hesitating just got for it, they’re 10000% worth it!

I highly recommend Silver Tree Management and especially the agent I worked with, Eric Cannon. I am moving back to Dallas after a year a way and he has made this process as smooth and stress free as possible! He is always available to ask any questions and they use a great portal as well for payments, maintenance etc! If you are looking to move, give Eric a call and he will get you taken care of!
