    Recently I had 2 maintenance requests for my home lease : Trimming of tree limbs and toilet plumbing issue. By communicating with Eric at Sienna Properties, these requests were completed promptly and professionally. I am very pleased with Sienna Properties quality of service.

    Had service techs come out to replace my AC unit. They not only replaced the unit but updated some of the ventilation work. They even updated the thermostat. It took them 5 hours to complete the job. But looks like they did a great job. AC is cooling great and Im sure the newer model will be more efficient and save energy. Sienna has always been prompt to get things corrected in a timely fashion. Thank you Team.Robert

    I don’t mean to sound cocky or unfair, but I’ve had the BEST time moving in with Sienna Properties. Only simple fixtures were needed; like a door or two needing a knob replacement. But everything I’ve inquired about has been acknowledged and immediately scheduled for fixing. I’ve only been moved in for about a week or two now and I already feel like it’s home- my home. It’s everything I wanted in a residence and they’ve made it that much easier by having phenomenal communication and sincere interest in my concerns. I would highly recommend their company and services. I could go on and on but I’m gonna go back to relaxing in my beautiful, spacious living room :-). Everyone is meant to be somewhere and I feel this is where I was meant to be until I find my forever home. Simply amazing at its finest

    Very helpful from day one. When I started with this company I was really in a bind. I had renters in my house who were not paying the rent. My former agent left me a email one day and I never heard from him again. I did not have any idea at all about renting the house, nor how to get the renters out. Sienna properties was recommended to me. They have been extremely helpful from then on.

    Whenever we have a problem or something needs to be fixed, they always send someone out right away and always have done the job right. Very professional mannerism too. Tops!I lived in this place for 5 years and I am very very satisfied with everything about the house, the location – close to my job, the neighbors were great, the price is right-fits my budget. Every time when I call the manager, I always get a quick response and they always remember me and treated me like I was in the family with them. Been the best experience I ever had in my life! Goiing to miss the house and the company.

    I own multiple income properties and my family and I are so grateful to Sienna Properties. They have been able to find us good and reliable renters and very quickly. We are extremely appreciative for all you have done for us. We have a property in Tampa that has been a real hassle to get rented with good renters and makes us think of how thankful we are for your team. You probably hear only problems from most renters and owners and not enough “thank you’s.”

    Our experience with Sienna Properties has been excellent! Anytime we had any questions or concerns or maintenance issues on the property we are renting in Dripping Springs they were very prompt and took care of everything ASAP! Debra is fantastic and I would highly recommend them!If we ever have the opportunity to own rental properties ourselves we definitely will be using Sienna Properties as our management company.

    The team at Sienna Properties is great. They keep the house in a good shape and doing routine inspections. Reasonable pricing and quick rental time. Tenant are staying long term and paying on time. I am working with them for 3 years now and will recommend them to anyone in their area.

    Eric Pesek and his team did an excellent job managing our two rental properties for several years. Repairs were handled promptly, new tenants were found as needed with appropriate urgency, and an eviction was handled competently.

    This is the first home my wife and I have ever leased. We retired to the Buda, Texas area and could not find the exact home we were looking for to buy so we decided to lease a home for a year or two till we found the home that met our retirement needs. Our real estate agent helped us locate the home we live in currently and introduced us to Sienna properties. Eric and staff have been very professional and has helped us with all our needs.Any issues we’ve had have been corrected in the most timely manner: Toilet would kick on and off, problem solved with in 24 hrs. Garage door opener would not let the door lower all the way and would reverse. Problem corrected same day within approx. 4hrs. Thermostats could not regulate the temps in the house. Ac and heating company were out in 24hrs to check and reprogram units!!If we do not understand something about the home we leased they are always there to assist us with any questions we may have. They have been number 1 in our book on helping us in our retirement transition from Sugar Land, Texas.
