I cant say enough nice things about the owners and manager of the Shoal Flats properties! Im a senior citizen and have owned and rented many properties, and never have my wife and me been treated so well and enjoyed A+++ 5-Star property management. We moved in from out of state and had a house to sell and a unique situation and the property manager and owners were so accommodating and helpful we were amazed! Its a family operation and the properties are kept in tip top shape. When we had a (very minor) problem the issue was fixed the very next day. And that was coming up to a holiday weekend. Although tenants have the option of paying rent automatically or mailing a check or using a convenient drop box we pay ours in person because its a joy to interact with the owners and managers at their office as theyre all so friendly! I give this operation my very highest recommendation and wouldnt hesitate to refer friends and family, and anyone who asked me where they should live in a safe, clean, friendly and A+++ environment where each tenant is treated like family!!!

I have consistently experienced the best residential support services of my life with Shoal Flats Management. The staff are friendly and helpful… Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. They thoroughly ensured that I have an optimal living environment. I intend to continue renting from Shoal Flats for the remainder of my years, and I strongly recommend their properties. I couldn’t be happier!
