    I don’t what shady brook these who say is great their talking about the pool is closed the roads are terrible the tennis court has weeds growing in it the dues keep going up but absolutely nothing gets done

    Dianne Shaw (the office manager) is very friendly and knowledgeable. Im looking to purchase property in the Shadybrook POA and she has been very helpful telling me about the amenities (and places to avoid).
