Hes like the trainer for literally every new route employee, so we get double excellent service. Plus then we know the new guys when Carlos takes one of his many vacations bc hes an awesome employee and has been there practically forever.*****I hate seeing him drenched in sweat during the summers. Wish theyd get his AC fixed or some good strong fans for his dash. I feel bad for him when its over 120 degrees in that truck. Probably not a smart idea to operate heavy machinery when going through heat stroke. JS, Service Uniform should care a bit more about their employees in the comfort aspect.Parts stores and Amazon drivers get AC ... why cant Carlos get AC?#CARLOSNEEDSAC2025The drivers are great, the products hold up to tough wear and tear in our auto shop. They repair quickly and on time, always give us updates when things are going to be delayed. Carlos is one of the sweetest and most considerate drivers we have had from them over the years.     Patrick and Juan are our service guys. They are here every week and stick to their morning delivery timeslot, which is very helpful. Previous service providers would not stick to a schedule and it was very hard to catch them to discuss issues or new orders. Patrick and Juan are very fast and efficient. We have had no issues with their service nor their products. They are very polite, professional and courteous. I am very happy with their service.     Head honchos at service uniform get my man Larry some air conditioning and exhaust. Hardest working uniform guy I’ve ever had. I forgot to bring my pants with busted buttons three weeks in row and he reminded me every week to bring them so he can fix them. Not many people care more about other customers than Larry.     We use Service Uniform at Cook Walden Funeral Home in Austin, TX for our soap dispenser and rug cleaning services, and they are wonderful! Larry comes once a week to refill our soap and deliver fresh outdoor rugs, which is a great relief for a highly-trafficked building. He is very communicative and consistently asks us about repairs or if theres anything else he can help with.     Highly recommend Service Uniform. I have been at my company now going on two years. We made the switch the Service Uniform and it was the best choice we made. Their customer service and office communication is quite helpful unlike other companies we have used. The guys that come to our location, Byron and Gabe are always on top of their game. They are always here making sure any concerns I have with the uniforms, rugs, air fresheners, billing etc are always taken care of.     We have used most of the Big Name uniform companies and Service Uniform is hands down the best. We used to have chronic problems with uniforms not being returned the next week, uniforms being lost, getting other companies uniforms, and red rags that were dirty or had metal shavings in them. We specifically went with a company with a chip tracking system and it has worked flawlessly. All the uniforms we send out get counted, and all the uniforms we get back get counted as well. Technicians can no longer say they turned in uniforms when they didnt, or that they didnt receive uniforms when they did. They also stay on top of uniform repairs and keep our technicians looking professional. Our red rags come folded and clean, with no debris left in them. Our floor mats are taken care of and replaced where they were, not thrown down haphazardly. Our route driver Larry always has a smile on his face and has a great rapport with our techs, he responds to changes promptly and has been very courteous. Not always do you get what you pay for, but with this company you do. I would not hesitate at all to recommend Service Uniform to anyone who wants their crew looking their best and treated respectfully.

    We (Valenzuela’s A/C)have been working with this company for a couple years now, and its been great so far. No problems with uniform replacement or any garments looking bad or dirty. Our Delivery Driver John is grate and always asking if we have any issues or problems with uniforms, even going the extra mile of coming back the same day to pick up uniforms because the our shop was not open in the morning when showed up.So far its been a great experience and prices are very competitive.
