They have an easy system to use for maintenance requests, which they always answered within a day, if not within the hour. Im extremely satisfied with the professional services provided by Select Property Mgt Group, espically Ms. Lulu Vargas. As an out of town property owner, Ms. Vargas took care of all issues and requests in a very timely manner. As a management company, they were always professional, accessible, and found top of the line renters. (My home was in very good condition after havin 2 sets of tenants in 2 years.) They also use very competitive and top notch contractors when it comes to fixing problems or maintenance. Select Property Mgt Group, and Ms. Vargas, took all the stress out of renting a property that we planned to live in upon moving to San Antonio. Its my pleasure to give them my highest recommendation!

Although priced higher than most property management companies for the first month re-listing and fees, it’s worth it due to their success and quick turnaround. I cannot recommend Select Property Management, enough! They set the bar as HIGH as it could be when it comes to renting! They were extremely accommodating when we had air conditioner problems in the middle of this summer heat! My house that I am renting is perfect for my little family . The park and pool are also plus in the neighborhood. The kids love to play outside after school. Heather did an outstanding job. She was the property manager for my houses for 1.5 years, until I sold them. Shes friendly, efficient and very professional. I live in a different state than where my houses are and she made that doable. Shes sent out crews (for an additional fee) for window and house cleaning, hauling off stuff tenants left, garden maintenance (including tree trimming), an eviction notice, fence repairs, etc. She even coordinated with a heating and cooling company when I needed a new A/C. Shes on top of things. Once a tenant lets her know that something needs to be repaired, she contacts me and then sends her team out. Everything got taken care of within a day or two, depending on the availability of her crews. She even sends out monthly notices to remind tenants to replace the A/C filters. I highly recommend Heather and Select Property Management Group.

We just recently moved to the Castle Hills area of San Antonio and we love living here. We have an amazing street with beautiful live oak trees and the best neighbors. Weve already met some great people and we feel so welcomed. We are 15 minutes (if not less) from everything we need, but we are still outside of the city so that it is quiet and no traffic.Select has done an incredible job with this property and we couldnt be happier. They have been great to work with as well. Our house has charm but has been updated and feels clean and new.

TLDR:My experience with them is great and would highly recommend them. The owner portal leaves a lot to be desired but is not necessary to conduct business with them.Let me start by saying that my experience with Select Property Management has been great. They communicate with both tenants and property owners. They are proactive about suggesting maintenance. They are quick to perform maintenance.They are easy to work with, keep tenants in the house, and can be reached by phone, email, and even text if needed.What prevented me from giving them 5 stars is their technical options. I have researched many property managers. I have had another property manager. But they are outstanding for both service and price. Where I would say that they lack is more inconvenient than an issue. The owners portal contains little to no useful data. It would be nice to have somewhere to download rental agreements, statements, work orders, or year end statements, and tax statements. If I were to improve one thing it would be this. But what they lack in technical they make up in customer service. If you call or email you can get any documents you need right away.Despite this inconvenience I would highly recommend them and currently still use them with no issue.

We love where we live! Our kids are safe in this neighborhood. We have the most amazing neighbors on both sides of us. Our home is full of space to spend time with family and friends. Select Property is great! Not only is the staff helpful and very responsive but they have given us home in the great neighborhood of Beacon Hill for the past nearly two years. Our bungalow is full of charm w original hardwood floors and built in features that make the home as cozy as can be. It’s a perfect neighborhood to raise our daughter we can walk to plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and local bodegas. It’s also a short drive through the streets to downtown and the Pearl with east highway access. The BH community is a very friendly quiet neighborhood to live in.

I have been a tenant of Select Property Management since 2018, and I can say hands down they are the best property management company I have ever dealt with. All repairs are addressed promptly, the payment and maintenance system is extremely easy to access, and they always respond to questions or concerns immediately. Their staff and maintenance people are extremely professional and courteous. At one point, they went over and beyond their duties to assist me when the unit I was renting had some mold issues. They quickly found me another unit and worked with me on the increase in rent to make sure it was still affordable for myself and my daughter. I would highly recommend Select Property Management - Pat Sanky and her team, Belinda, Heather, Hector, and anyone else I missed!

It has been almost a year now that we’ve been renting with Select Property Management and let me tell you, it has been the best and seamless experience we’ve ever encountered. Not only that, but the neighborhood my little family lives in has exceeded our expectations. Everyone around greets us with a friendly hello driving by. All of my surrounding neighbors have welcomed us in like family and continue to look out for one another whether it’s borrowing an item we missed at the grocery store or letting us know what’s going around near us to keep our streets safe. I am beyond thankful that my son is happy in his house. I love how my neighborhood/subdivision is consistently sending us emails to keep us up to date about any news or supporting local small businesses. These are some of these few reasons we enjoy where we live…. Anyone can get any house anywhere but it’s the people around that make a house a home.

Select Property Management Group managed my home while it was rented for 8 of the last 10 years. They selected awesome tenants who paid on time every month and treated my property like it was their own. The staff at SPMG was super responsive to both my tenants and to me. Necessary repairs and maintenance were done promptly, and they used vendors who did good work at a reasonable price. When one tenant moved out at the end of their lease, SPMG quickly had a new tenant lined up and they moved in within a month after the old tenant moved out. I recently moved back into my home and SPMG made the transition easy and smooth. If I ever want to rent my property again, Ill definitely use SPMG again. They provide outstanding service!

I have only great things to say about this company. They managed the rental of our home in Stone Oak while we lived in Europe for 5.5 years. The team was very responsive to all our needs and to the needs of our tenants. Replies were always within 24 hours and often within the hour. Worked first with Heather then the last couple of years with Belinda. They are resourceful and have positive energy on requests and challenges. When our tenant moved during COVID and had to break the lease, they found another renter quickly. When our absence was extended, they negotiated an extension on the lease with the tenants. They readily handled A/C, plumbing, yard issues and took the stress off of us. We moved back into the house recently and even after 5.5 years of being rented it looked as good as we left it. Cant say enough good stuff about Pat Sankeys team.

I have lived in Mathom Landing for the past 3 years, and have no major issues. When our ac went out in the middle of summer, the company was promt in getting fixed. The only major down side is the requirement to cut the small yard. Should be included with the cutting the rest of the yard. Also the high traffic and erratic parking of others. But in all a good place to be.
