Been working with Tate on ACC forms for my Townhouse. He has responded to my emails very timely, provided comments/suggestions. He was on top of my request to have some wood siding replaced and it was done within a week time. The big issue has been the car port lights and every time, I asked about getting them turned back on, Tate provided me with the updates of the process and where Secure was at with this. It has been my pleasure to work with Tate on items, since this has also been a learning curve for me.

As a realtor and property manager for quite some time, I have dealt with many management situations related to HOAs - most of them much less than satisfactory. Although they are the brand new Home Owners Association here at Ridgeline it’s very refreshing to report that they are definitely Customer Service driven and eager to help!!! My experience has only been with Tate thus far but he is just an outstanding individual and went out of his way to assure me he was on it and he got right back to us with confirmation of our issue being resolved!!!What a breath of fresh air / an HOA that cares!!!!

As anyone who would read this, Im sure youve dealt with difficult HOA issues among neighbors, with the budget and dealing with maintenance companies. Secure has been fabulous. We were in a bind and their two representatives came in and saved our situation with professionalism and integrity while maintaining a personal sensitivity to all homeowners. Additionally, they took the time to read our bylaws and quickly assess problems as well as put out fires of egregious nature. I recommend them without reservation to any property.

Over 23 years living in an HOA I have seen many property management companies come and go. Secure Association Management is new to our HOA, but off to an outstanding start. They have addressed pool access issues and promptly addressed a couple of concerns I’ve had.Cursty Davis who is a Community Association Manager is very professional and follows up quickly to address questions, issues and provide support when needed.Management companies usually get a bad reputation for good reason, but Secure Association Management is proving not all companies are bad.

Had a terrible experience with our prior HOA management company. Trying to contact a live person at that company was useless as I tried numerous times and ended up receiving automated messages time and time again. They did nothing for our neighborhood and when I finally was able to speak to somebody, they inform me that we are now managed by another company, Secure Association Management. They provided contact information for Secure Association Management and I call them to hopefully get some clarification on this change. I couldn’t have been more pleased with this company’s service. After calling SAM, I am placed in contact with their Director, Taylor Rasor. She addressed all my concerns and I was finally able to get me some answers. There were some questions that remained unanswered but she assured me that she would investigate and would be in contact. I am extremely pleased with SAM and their dedication to homeowners. Taylor, thank you for your professionalism and for knowing the true meaning of customer service. You are greatly appreciated.

I contacted Secure Association Management by phone and exchanged emails about the possibility of having a professional tree company remove a tree in my yard that is too close to my house and closer yet to the sidewalk. The longer I ignore this issue, and with the growth of the tree, it is inevitable it will cause damage to the foundation and the sidewalk. In less than 24 hours I received word that Secure Association Management made a decision. I appreciate the promptness in handling my request, the communication and updates, and the professional manner, and in which they handed my request.

By far this is the very best property management company I have ever been associated with. I have been the HOA president of our community for almost 5 years. Our previous management company did absolutely nothing for us and when we changed to Secure Management, we could not believe the service they have provided for us. They take care of our financials, quarterly and annual meetings, they secure quotes when we need repairs and they make all arrangement for those repairs. All of this and their fees are so very reasonable. On top of all of this, when homes are bought and sold, they take care of the HOA documents within hours instead of days and do not up-charge the residents a fortune like most companies do these days.You do not have to put up with management companies that are not doing their job. Change today over to Secure Management. You will be a hero with your community HOA board.

I get to work with Jess weekly if not more than that and she makes my job a lot easier. I know if I am ordering something from her or requesting items that I will absolutely have them on time if not weeks before closings. If all HOA Management reps could be like Jess, I think it would give people a different perspective on HOAs.
