I have worked with several different management companies and this experience was by far the best. They are very organized and they kept great communication with us throughout our lease. They were very quick to take care of our maintenance issues and it was very easy to pay rent online. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants assurance of a great rental experience or for a homeowner looking for a trusted management company who knows the Texas property codes and requirements for leasing property.

My husband and I were focused on buying a property in Austin and were looking for a property management company. Greg was referred to us and he was awesome!!! He communicated so quickly with every questions we asked. He was so THOROUGH with his responses!!! He was awesome! We didnt end up buying a property but on the front end he was so informative about neighborhoods and helping us with what we were looking for since we didnt know the area at all. I would highly recommend checking Greg out as he is passionate about his company and very knowledgable about the market.

We rented a house for eight months. Scribe took care of most issues in a timely manor. Good doing business with them.Just a follow-up. Our rental agreement terminated and Scribe was very prompt with returning all deposits and pro-rated rent for an early termination and re-rental.I would highly recommend doing business with this company.

Services such as this dont really come into play until something goes wrong. AC not working, Electrical issues, plumbing... take your pick. When I have had any issue with my condo SRM is ON IT. The team is extremely responsive and helpful. They always make you feel like you are the top priority and they stay in constant communication when an issue does happen. Even the owner of SRM is not afraid to come out and get his hands dirty with repairs. Seriously, if you are looking for a property management company and you want your tenants take care of you would be hard press to find someone better than these folks. I mean the entire team is awesome!

I have been impressed with Scribe Residential Management, previously Recar and Associates. I first met Greg Fedro when he came to view the Austin property that my brother and I wanted rent out. He was warm, friendly, and seemed genuinely interested in setting up the property and the rent price to be mutually attractive for him and us. Greg passed the account to agent Tracy DeLaughter who has taken care of us with the same professionalism and care we have come to expect from this company.
