He is very knowledgeable of Deerfields CC&Rs . Kevin calls If there is an urgent need from a Homeowner or Board Member. Its impressive these days to receive a phone call rather than an email, which may take a few days to resolve an issue. Kevin is proactive.     We had a wonderful and responsive manager Neal . He is no longer with SBB unfortunately for us. Our new manager Lane has only been with us for a few weeks but has shown to be as an effective manager addressing issues promptly and in communicating with the board. It is difficult changing managers, but Lane has shown professionalism and is becoming familar with our needs very quickly. Looking forward to a long term relationship with Lane.

    Review of SBB Community ManagementRecently, my family and I moved into a new subdivision and received our welcome letter from the HOA, managed by SBB Community Management. I encountered some issues with logging into the HOA portal and had several questions regarding the property that required clarification. When I called for assistance, I had the pleasure of speaking with Ms. Ma Nicole Polana.Ms. Polana guided me through the login process with great patience and professionalism. She addressed my questions thoroughly and ensured I was connected with the community coordinator for more detailed inquiries that she couldn’t immediately answer. Her professionalism and dedication left a strong impression on me, and I feel confident that she will be my go-to contact during my time at this property.

    The Kessler Woods Home Owners association has been working with SBB Management for our management needs for many years. Our most recent Community Manager is Ms. Angie Beene. I have worked with Ms. Beene for almost two terms as a Director and found her to be a very efficient and competent manager for our association. Her efforts for any project the Board undertakes are complete and extensive, and she is even able to anticipate our needs. She keeps the Board on track to insure the completion of necessary actions and duties.Ms. Beene is also a very responsive to any inquires or concerns of the Board or the community residents. She is a very pleasant, caring and respectful person to work with, even when matters may get a bit contentious. I dont know that we could expect anything more from a Community Manager.

    Seldom do we take a moment out of our busy lifestyles in which to craft a carefully considered review, however, in this instance, I/we would be remiss in not doing so.Mrs. Beene runs a very tight ship. Responses from the entire SBB team are always prompt, professional, carefully considered and informative.The entire team has also always been extremely helpful and overly generous in rendering both their time and attention to assist us (at the mere wave of a hand) with navigating the online membership portal (which has always resulted in a tremendous time savings for us in the end).

As a board member, and resident of a very small condominium complex, we switched to SBB because we felt our needs were overlooked by our previous management company. We could not be more pleased with this decision. Michelle exemplifies professionalism at its highest standard. Although I am aware that she manages other communities, Michelle ‘s unique ability to serve our needs quickly, efficiently and kindly, makes it feel like we are her sole focus and concern. Michelle truly offers white gloved concierge service at its finest. Under her guidance, our community is becoming revitalized. Her response time is quick. Her knowledge is expansive. She effortlessly conveys care and concern for our needs and well-being, and then diligently works to assure that they are met. Michelle is exceptional. As a community, we couldn’t be happier.     When I called BB Management, I was expecting to be bossed around by a stern Management Rep acting to the book, especially as I was delinquent with payments to HOA. No, nothing of that kind at all. Indeed, it was a pleasant, courteous, and a friendly conversation in which Florez has patiently and effectively lead me from A to Z to clean and straighten my record that was full of late and other fees. She was genuinely sympathetic with us on what we were passing through, sincerely wished us quick recovery, and magnanimously filed a fee waiver request on our behalf. THANK YOU Florez!

She was very kind and patient to address all my long pending questions-1) Adding the missing 3rd property to my dashboard2) Explained that the previous auto pay setup doesnt move3) Explained clearly and guided me to the payment sections and focus on the My Items section of the portal4) Detailed the process of doing it line item-wise when it comes to 3rd party payment5) She followed up with the Amenities crew upon my complaint about the gate being non-functional.It is GREAT to have such members who go above and beyond to provide good service, especially in the Property management area that too in the DFW metroplex where you see 100s of new houses added each day.

    Michelle Alvarez has been nothing short of stellar. Shes always reachable, never drops the ball, and always follows-up on items and has a great disposition to handle varied homeowners. We had a prior community manager that dropped the ball and left us paying for essentially no service. Experience was so bad, we were looking at other management companies and then had Michelle take over our community. She is the reason SBB retained our account. Highly recommend her. She even met a contractor on her day off! Amazing professional that is rare these days and anyone would be thrilled to work with her.

    I am an HOA board member for a high end community in Frisco, Texas. About a year ago we transitioned from our previous property management company to SBB property management for a number of reasons, but most specifically it was noted that the prior management company simply didnt have our communities best interest at heart. We are certainly not asking that a property management company be as in love with our community as we the homeowners are, but that they do take our concerns to heart. When we transitioned over to SBB we finally found what we had been looking for. A management company that actually communicates promptly with us, one that is proactive in seeing possible issue arising in the future and making us proactively aware so that we can make better more informed decisions. The staff is always professional with us as an HOA board, and they are also the same with our community members. The staff is courteous and helpful and are definitely there to solve our issues. I generally dont write reviews about companies but felt that this was an important enough item that if any other HOA boards are looking for a property management company that can truly be an asset to your community, this is the company that you want to partner with.     I needed to have trees in my front yard cut down due to foundation issues. I went into the SBB portal and filled out the ACC application to have this approved. I wasnt having any luck on a response for a while from SBB Management until I contacted Michelle Alvarez. She responded immediately once I reached out to her and had the application approved within a day. I really appreciate her help and the quickness in her response. I will be contacting her in the future for any of my needs. She gets the job done. Thank you Michelle!

    SBB has managed our small HOA (150 homes) since 2000 when the community was built. Ive served on the Board for most of the last 12 years and during that time weve worked with quite a few Community Managers.Some were good and some were not so good, but we were relatively content until December 2019. Then we had two very poor managers in a row and felt fortunate when the second one left SBB in July 2021.Since then, we have been blessed with truly superior management. Vanessa Burch filled in for us until a new manager was hired. I dont know how she managed to take care of own communities and add ours to the mix, but she did so amazingly well.Konni Eastin and Nancy Barcenas were added to SBBs roster of Community Managers, and they have worked together to get things rolling smoothly for our little HOA again after years of neglect.Now Nancy Barcenas is our primary Manager, and I cant begin to say enough good things about her! She is organized, professional, knowledgeable, patient, and respectful; skilled in working with homeowners, Board members, and vendors alike; and an all-around nice person! We hope Nancy will be with us for many years to come.

    Andrea Walker over at the Sendera Ranch community has been a great addition. Bringing back the food truck Fridays, a super busy and exciting Bark in the Park Event as well as the next day Easter hunt is a feat that many could not do.     I am an owner in a SBB managed property and am on the board of the HOA. After experience with two other management companies at other properties, SBB is by FAR the best I have seen. Great communication, follow through and management skills. I have noted how many complaints are concerning the HOA rules ( they did not write them) that have not been followed, or something not an HOA issue ( usually city issue).     Crystal is an asset to the management of Lexington Country.
