Called Sauceda Junk Removal and talked to Carlos. He and his wife showed up to clear out junk, trash, furniture, random stuff and gross stuff left behind by bad renters. They were professional, hard working and honest about pricing...I felt embarrassed and terrible about the state the renters left the property but they werent judgmental at all...even when we realized there was a flea and gnat infestation! They worked on clearing out the property while I worked on other things. 100% recommend and (while I hope I never have that happen again!) would call them again in a heartbeat! Great small business to support!!!
