    We rented Lorna Beach in Spanish Village. Our stay was quiet. Our stay was clean and everything was in order. We even rented a golf cart for our stay and that was an added bonus. We loved how the cottage was close to everything. I loved the layout and the pergola outside created an inviting, cool space!! It was just such a cute place. We will definitely stay again. 😀Thank you.

    Sand Key Realty REALLY knows how to set up a lovely space and environment for guests to create lasting memories. Im still beaming from our trip, because I felt that my comfort, convenience, and relaxation for stay was a priority they placed high. Everything was spotless and inviting, and the rooms are laid out in a way that works for a family or group of friends. There were only five of us, but you could comfortably sleep 3 couples and a couple of kids in the home. The ONLY things I recommend to improve are to have a blackout curtain option for the ensuite, or bring a sleep mask if you need pitch darkness to get to sleep... and it would be nice to have a mini bottle of laundry detergent on hand. We will definitely return!

    I have booked our trips to Port A through Sand Key Realty YEARS! I have always had an amazing experience from the customer service down to the properties being clean and exactly what it looked like in the pictures online! This time was no different! The girls in the office are always quick to help and answer any questions or concerns I have! We had the best time making memories!     Weve stay at Sea Isle Village in the Captains Quarters with Sand Key every year for the past 4 or 5 years. Its perfect, always clean, within walking distance to the beach, and the folks at Sand Key are always friendly and accommodating.

    Years ago we use to stay at a resort that was spotless, never found another place like it until now! The property managed by Sand Key was above and beyond what I expected. The condo was clean and fresh beautifully decorated especially the bunk bed room. The queen size bunk beds were so much fun for a family with toddlers.We especially loved the private pool Surrounded by a privacy fence which contributed to safety of the kids.Thanks Sand Key Realty

    We enjoyed our stay and the Grand Caribbean. The condo was very clean, up to date and nicely decorated. Check in and check out were super easy& quick. We went a Sunday - Thursday in July and it was perfect, the beach was not crowded and most times had the pool to our selves. Will definitely return!

    We rented a small house in Port Aransas, TX through Sand Key Realty over Thanksgiving week. They were wonderful. We booked it in January, and making the payments throughout the year was easy. Right before check-in we received a phone call with instructions on how to enter the property. Check-in was easier than Ive ever experienced before.Their cleaning staff did a fantastic job on the property, and their maintenance staff keeps everything up to standard. Any questions/concerns I had were answered immediately. All property rules were clearly posted both in on the fridge and in an in-depth binder that also included all of the local restaurants and places to shop.Check-out was as easy as check-in. No weird charges showed up on my credit card like Ive had from other rental places.5 stars - I will absolutely rent again from Sand Key.

    The house was perfect for a large group. It was beautifully, professionally decorated that added to the beach vacation experience. Even the beds were super comfortable. I would highly recommend the house and stay there again. The ONLY negative is that the neighborhood does not have a beach access. We rented a 6 person golf cart and drove to the beach everyday. The house is also ADA with an elevator and handicapped accessible bathing. The rooftop deck was a favorite for the adults at sundown and after.

    Extremely satisfied with the accommodations!! Living area very nicely decorated and beds super comfy. Perfect location to beach. Had 1 maintenance request, called and the customer service person answered phone snd issue was immediately resolved. Will only use San Key Rentals for all my future beach stats!!!!

    Absolutely wonderful!! The house was in excellent condition and very clean. Check in was super quick and easy. The beds and pillows were VERY comfortable. Great location. Food, stores, restaurants all within walking distance. Right around the corner from the beach. Swimming pool was very clean. Only thing I saw that could change, is you get 1 trash bag. We were there for 4 nights and needed more. Will definitely be booking again.

    For Mother’s Day weekend , 2023, my husband had surprised myself and his mother for a getaway weekend back to Port Aransas. We chose a separate home/Condo instead of going to Port Royal or the Sea Gull condominiums due to our experience with them.We stayed at the Casa Belle or Bella unit 26. Thing I liked about it was, it’s easy to park our brand new 2023 Suburban since it was end unit. There was an old run down hotel next door to us which we thought be a problem with noise but, however we didn’t hear any complaints.The home we chose was a 4 bedroom/3-1/2 bath. My in laws took the Master Bedroom which was downstairs, though my husband was upset for them doing so since he has bad knees.The rooms are on the smaller side and the bunk bed room where my kid slept, the mattress was hard as a rock. The adjacent room was so tiny .But it was laid out beautifully. I stayed in the upper front bedroom since my husband couldn’t climb the stairs very well.We did noticed minor things that were were either missing or were out. Maintenance came the next day and replaced all the items that were out. The nice woman Briana came by and I showed her the items that were missing and broken, and for some reason the bathrooms were not cleaned. She was vey apologetic about the entire situation.We would stay here again but I do wish I can find another condo that could possibly have two master bedrooms downstairs. 1 for my husband and I and the other for my in laws. We did not get to use the pool due to bad weather that weekend. I will most certainly be contacting Royal Sands again for our future visits. Major thing though is I have to have a driveway to fit our 2023 Suburban. Otherwise, please rent this property it was peaceful. Please make sure the Tv upstairs and in the living room work this time though. The only tv that worked was in the Master bedroom. I told Briana about it though.Thank you for a nice weekend getaway!!!!!!!

    We had a wonderful stay! It was perfect for our family of 4. We used the charcoal down stairs for most our meals. It was clean and close to enough to everything.We will definitely be back!

    We checked in to this home (Tropical Touchdown) on June 17. I say home, because it felt more like a home than a house. Even had an adorable basket for our fur babies! Very comfortable and there was room for everyone and it is conveniently located to the beach, shops and restaurants. Plenty of parking, which was a plus! The team at Sand Key was awesome! They were able to get us in for an early check-in, without any issues. I would rent this home again and I will definitely use Sand Key Realty in the future! Awesome experience start to finish!

    This place was awesome! There were 8 of us staying here, and everyone had plenty of room. We arrived late Wednesday night and stayed through the weekend. The complex got busy on Friday, but it was very kid friendly.The only bad thing was no washer and dryer in our unit. So be sure you ask about that when renting a unit if you think youll need them.Other than that our unit was equipped with everything we needed. Plenty of blankets, kitchen supplies, and space. And only a mile, or so away from the beach! We will definitely stay here again for our next visit!

    We used Sand Key Realty for a vacation rental at Pirates Bay Cottage #305. The reservation, payment, check-in, & check-out process was easy. The property manager and his staff are friendly and very accommodating. The unit we stayed in was clean and well stocked with kitchen items and basic needs such as toilet tissue & paper towels. There were no kitchen towels, but we managed with paper towels on hand plus what we brought along. My family and I visit Port A each year and depending on the size of the group we use Home Away, VRBO, Turnkey or book directly with the condo/hotel properties. By far, Sand Key Realty has been the best we have experienced. We are already planning our return for November, now if I could just get everyone to commit to dates faster I can book it! :)

    Great location, only a 5 min walk to the beach! Very clean, and neat like it has just been remodeled and the A/C is fabulous. We would stay again as long as doing laundry isnt an issue, we over looked that it doesnt have a washer and dryer and that might be an issue for longer stays. Also, the coffee bar they advertise is BYO, they only supply the machines and cups. Overall, a great place to stay!

    My family and I chose to stay at the afterdune delight for our vacation. The staff was very friendly during check in and check out and made the whole process very easy. We really enjoyed the home and would highly recommend to anyone planning a trip on a budget. House was clean, cozy and having all the essentials you need other than food made this a great choice. The only negative to the whole thing is the beach access needs to be fixed where its paved the whole way or had some type of boardwalk like the place next door. Trying to get little ones across the sand dunes was a pain. But overall we had a great time!

    We enjoyed our vacation . It is clean and confortable. Conveniently located next to pool laundry and parking. We loved our 7 minute walks to the beach and coming back dried out and sat in the patio. It was 3 of us but would definirely be great stay for 6. Kitchen is well stocked all you need pots pans glass ware everything even bakeware. We would stay again. Got a call from mgr early with access code.easy in and out.

    We had so much fun on our first real family vacation. We enjoyed not having to have to drive to the beach. You made our stay here enjoyable.     We had a blast at this VBRO! It was very well updated, plenty of space for 2 couples and very clean! The complex was really quiet and just a few blocks from the beach. Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Plus the pool right outside was nice to jump in after a day of riding the waves! Loved this place!

    Wonderful! Beach Property. Excellent Experience. I would book again.The only drawback is even though the the property is not located on a main road it is located on a road that is frequently used cross traffic between major roads by folks driving golf carts.

    Our visit to Port Aransas was perfect and very relaxing due to this wonderful house. It was ideal for our multi-family group and had every amenity we needed. The neighborhood pools were within walking distance as well as the boardwalk to the beach. We look forward to reserving this house again for future stays on this cute island.

    We stayed in a 1-bed, 1-Bath in Mustang Isle condos. Staff was very friendly and helpful when answering questions. The unit was clean and quiet, although it needed a bit of work -- the sliding closet doors in the bedroom were off their tracks. Check-in and check-out were painless. Great location between the beach and restaurants/attractions in town. Couldnt ask for a more stress-free rental!

    Leave of Absence is a perfect spot on Mustang Island. We loved the location, just on the edge of Port A and close to the local airport. The house is clean, up-to-date, and spacious . The pool, porches, and outdoor bar area are perfect retreats from the beach, and have adequate furniture. Also, the house had basic start-up needs: bar soap, paper towels, and toilet paper, etc.We really enjoyed our stay !

    Nice place to stay. Close 5 minute walk to the beach and within a 5-10 min drive to several deep sea fishing charter companies. Pool right out either door.Nice kitchen and living room. Beds in rooms were comfortable. Did think the bathrooms were backwards- nicer one was actually in smaller bedroom instead of master. Couch bed pullout not so much-very thin mattress & not as clean...but if just one person, can just sleep on couch comfortably- cushions very comfortable. Also, could use one more kitchen towel and couple more bathroom wash cloths, couldnt get icemaker to work, so used ice cube trays...but other than that, it was a very nice place to stay. Quick & easy check-in/out.

    We had a wonderful time at the Afterdune condo!! It was ready on time, very clean and well stocked with all of the amenities we needed. It has been updated and the decor is perfect! The folks at Sand Key had a lock box on the door, ready to go, and called us with the code to get in. During all of this pandemic chaos, it was so nice to get away for a few days and just relax! The condo is so close to the beach and the path over the dunes was right around the corner from the condo. My family had a wonderful time and we will definitely book with Afterdune again!!

    This was my familys first time visiting Port Aransas. This cottage rental was perfect for lodging. It was very clean and recently remodeled. Kitchen was equip with daily essentials. The office staff was very polite and professional. One day our AC unit went out due to storm and they sent someone out less then 10 min to fix it. I would definitely stay at the Coconut Cottage again.

    We had a great experience staying at one of the homes in Port A. The house was clean and felt like home away from home. But the kicker was, we were at the beach. The house had everything we needed and made for an easy to relax vacation with extended family. We will definitely book with them again.

    We stayed for 1 week in #305 at pirates bay. The place was very nice and super clean. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen has everything you might need if you cook in. 1 adult and 3 teenagers loved it. Master is on opposite side of the house from other bed rooms which provides plenty of space and privacy for everybody.

    Very friendly staff. Quick to answer questions or issues. Tropical Haven was clean and comfortable. Only issues, a/c did not cool back bedroom, and back shower needs a new shower head. The one there pours on you like a hose. Overall great experience.

    We had an excellent stay in Port Arransas thanks to the lovely accommodations provided by Sand Key Realty. Our apartment was perfectly located just 3 minutes from other family members who had gathered for a family reunion. It was quiet, clean and comfortable. The king size bed was so comfy and even the pull out sofa was more than adequate for our adult son who ended up staying with us. The updated bathroom and shower was a plus and the kitchen had everything we needed (and more). The sofa and chair in the living room was great for relaxing and watching the flat screen t.v. We meet in Port Arransas every couple of years and we will be calling them again for our next visit. Highly recommend Sand Key Realty.

    It was very nice. It was well maintained and clean. The kitchen and bedroom were nice. The bathroom was clean. The shower was small, but fine. I would recommend this vacation rental! It was also very close to restaurants, rental (boards, carts...) places and the beach. The very nice part was the privacy of being in a private “village” off the street.

    Everyone at Sand Key Realty was very polite from the get go! Made us feel welcomed once we arrived on Sunday. It was our first trip to Port A with all 3 grandkids & parents. We will & have already recommended them & Pirates Bay to friends & family. I believe that the staff and hosts of a rental can make or break an experience and Kevin has been so helpful!     Was a good and roomy place. Plenty of room for all of us. Rules were not excessive. The wifi was not fast. One thing I would recommend is for them to have clearer instructions on connecting to the wifi. Parking was very easy. Had four spots plus a side area. The view was decent. The upstairs was a great space. I would recommend to anyone wanting to relax! Fridge and kitchen were great too. Everything was easy to use.

    Its a nice cottage. The bathroom could use updating and I think they should supply a better bath Matt than what they have. Lets just put it this way, I wouldnt walk around barefoot.It is what I expected . They have a very nice yard so if you do have pets they have it fenced in and its safe to leave them outside on their own. I would go back.

    This place was awesome! Its literally a home away from home. All you need is your clothes and the food you will be cooking. No need to bring anything else. Its equipped! Love the location we were just a walk away from the beach. The pool and patio areas were clean. Lots of outdoor pits for cooking.

    This place is really nice the pictures don’t lie it really clean and we arrived a little earlier then expected. Once I contacted and asked for additional information they told me that I can go by and settle in I was very happy. They respond to all of my emails. I will definitely be back I have told my friend and family that I went there to celebrate my birthday and how great it was. We are already planning to go back for my moms birthday. I would recommend it to everyone..

They called to let us know that our rental was available at noon (instead of normal checkin time) and we were able to get settled a little earlier which was a big help!!
