We have already renewed once. The property is beautiful and maintained on a daily basis. Any work order I submit has maintenance at my door same day. The amenities are abundant. The gated entry is great. Never had an issue with safety or vehicle. Office staff is always properly staffed and very professional/knowledgable. Property manager Chas has been very helpful/attentive to the property order, as well as quick to follow up with our specific questions. Not to mention this prime location. We love it here.

We enjoy living here very much. Confused by the negative reviews. Spam? The property is beautiful, all staff very nice and helpful. They remember your name and dogs name. Office and maintenance always smile and say hello even if you are just passing through. It is gated and never had or heard of a safety issue. There are two officers that live on site which is awesome, but I’ve never needed them. Noise complaints in reviews below: It is an apartment and you will always hear the upstairs neighbor. However in the lease there are disturbance time clauses and property manager always address them promptly. The other tenants are pretty friendly and understanding. As for deposits: The deposit is like $250. I think it’s typical for a property to withhold some or all of that for cleaning/repairs when you move when needed. You get your monies worth at San Tierra.

Ive lived here for more than 1 year.Enjoyed my time here with my family. Always available grill (they have 8 of them). 2 Pools and huge gym.The stores all near by with in 5 minutes.The lounge area large and you can have lunch or dinner there (just bring your food . LOL)I would recommend inside apartments on a corners (with huge balcony).The service team extremely responsible and fast.3 elevators so if one of them broken you do have 2 another options.Free covered parking.Great clean property, they do have regular stuff constantly.I realized most issues from people that brakes the rules and get kicked off and after places bad reviews.At 10:00 PM the pool is off and security goes thru the property to lock and we can have nice sleep at night.Last but not least. We did out best to keep apartment clean and we got our deposit back. But independents on You and how you keep your apartment.

Quick to respond to service request. Clean, quiet, dog friendly place to call home. I renewed my lease agreement due to how impressed I was with this property management company.

I have been living here since December and Im so happy that I found this place. All the ladies I dealt with are so friendly. I was so happy with the lady that showed me this place. But shes no longer here so sad. This place is NOT cheaply made, is absolutely beautiful. Of course the dog noise is to be expected, it has a hallway and is inside after all. The maintenance people come the next day after you submitted the request. I can think of nothing else you can think of for an apartment for this price.

I usually never post a review, but I wanted to give a huge shoutout to Macy! She was super helpful and nice throughout the entire process (from initial tour to after move-in). She answered all of my questions, was quick to pick up my calls, and would always follow-up with any answers to my questions that she might have not had on-hand in a timely manner.This was my first time moving into an apartment and I was really pleased with how smooth it all was (application and everything is done online). Everything is brand new since the apartment was just built, covered parking for all renters, fiber internet, gate/door access via app, cold storage for grocery/pharmacy delivery, etc. Also, Katy Asia Town is right down the street!Although it isnt an issue for me, guest/visitor parking is only at the front of the complex. So parking may be limited in the future and those that are staying in the second building would require guests to walk quite a distance to get there. Since it doesnt apply to me, I didnt dock a star for it.Overall, it has been a great experience :)

I love it here, from application to day 1. Cant wait to make this apartment feel more at home. C:Edit: update! Love it here still, 3 months in staff are great neighbors are friendly and lots of doggies! This community is extremely dog friendly and accommodating.PS: having Hmart essentially be your convenience store is both rewarding and expensive lol.

So far, I love it here. My experience since touring with Demi has been a good one. Starting with Demi, she was very professional, answered all questions I had, and was swift with the application processing and pre-move in. I’ve only had a few small interactions with the office Staff, but my impression so far from them is kind and attentive. Also community is quiet and well kept.

I want to give a huge shout out to Demi for being the most accomodating, sweetest leasing cosultant that I have probably dealt with ever. San Tierra is a beautiful area that is conviniently located at one of my favorite areas, Katy Asian town! I do wish the floor plans had more storage and a little closet. Nonetheless, they made it so easy for me to say yes. I even rejected my application to the other appartment I got approved for and even moving out 3 weeks early out of my current apartment. Im so excited to be in Katy again! Thank you so much again, San Tierra.

I haven’t gotten the chance to move in here yet but I just wanted to write the review to say Dijlan is the best ! I toured this building last week and when I was there she was super helpful and sweet and informed me of the entire process I’d need to do everything smoothly. Very genuine and that’s refreshing with apartment hunting ! I’m looking forward to moving in soon to this beautiful property.
