I had been working on my business plan for over 3 months for my RV Park. I have talked to too many people to count for advice. I talked to Joel with RV Park management for an hour on the phone and in this time he pointed out a number of potential issues with my business and plan. Then he talked about how we could adjust things to make the park successful. He really knows the ins and outs of the workings of RV Parks. I cant wait to get my Park built so Joels team can manage it!
