I absolutely love this place. Theres fireplaces in the apartments so when it gets cold, you can warm up without having an insanely high electric and gas bill, the property is well maintained by a fast maintenance staff, Jose and Ernesto, get to work orders quickly and do them correctly the first time! The office staff that I spoke to, Cassie and Tammy, are very polite and outgoing. Theyre willing to fix problems and work with you to get the best result for all parties rather than just blankly repeating your lease to you. I highly recommend this place and am beyond thrilled to see the changes our current staff has made to make this place better.

I was looking for an apartment in Wylie last year and I thank my lucky stars that I fell upon Rustic Oaks Apartments. From doing the entire application process online and getting approved to meeting the managers and moving in, these Apartments are hands down the best! I love everything about this place. Tammy and Cassie are so awesome and sweet and actually listen to what you have to say not like other apartments Ive rented from. Ive never had an issue that couldnt be fixed right away and the residents all get along and are courteous to each other. The kids get along and play with each other as well. I could go on and on with all the great things about Rustic Oaks Apts. You really wont find another place like this one.

Been on the property for 20 years. Gone through many different lease managers and staff in that time. Tammy does a great job in the office. She goes above and beyond. She’s more than just office staff. Feels like she is a friend and truly cares and wants to help. Also maintenance Jose and Ernesto do a fine job too. Highly recommend!!

I just want to share my experiences here at rustic oaks, This is my first time renting on my own and I just want to say Cassie and Tammy are the best woman I have ever came across, they get stuff done and they help with whatever complaints you have. I have never had a single problem ever since I moved here! This place is very quiet and respectful.

I love it here. The front office staff Cassie and Tammy are so great! Always quick to help with anything! The maintenance team is also just as amazing and gets any job big or small done quickly!

I have lived here for a year and absolutely love the community and staff. The staff is always on top of things, flexible, and understanding. Its a tight-knit community where everyone is always looking out for each other. Its perfect if you want to call it home permanently or if youre in transition.

We love rustic oaks apartments! Tammy and Trish are both amazing leasing agents, and give accurate info on any topic you need regarding your apartment from beginning your lease, up to renewal as well! Pricing is fair and other tenants are kind and lovely neighbors. We have made lasting friendships with my neighbors, as well as we always feel comfortable and safe as well in our home. I would also love to brag on the maintenance man, i have forgotten his name but he is an older gentlemen and he is incredible. We’ve only had less than a handful of maintenance orders, however when i had a sink overflow and flood my kitchen, he not only came to fix the problem, but he also came to help me clean up the mess! I couldn’t believe how kind and helpful he was to a total stranger! I recommend these apartments to everyone when i hear someone is looking! We hope to be here for a long time.

I started my moving process in November and after searching I landed here. Close to my work and sons school , kinda hidden off the main roads but local to literally EVERYTHING!! I went in for some information and Tammy was so helpful. Toured the apartment and left with all the information I needed. It took me 24 hours to submit my application , something just told me to do since everything felt right. I got approved in a few days. The whole entire process from the application, paying my deposit , waiting for my move in date and again Tammy just helping every step of the way. My move in was finally this past week and it was soooo smooth , easy and effortless. Tammy is friendly and just has made this so easy for me and my son. I haven’t dealt with apartments in 6 years and this was just a great experience. I got to tour right before move in and when it was time to get my keys , literally everything was move in ready. The area is quiet, the people and neighbors are super nice. My son has already made a friend and we just look forward to being at our new home. Thank you Tammy for all your help and can’t wait to experience the Rustic Oaks Community. I’d recommend for anyone looking for a new home that’s also affordable :)

We moved in at Rustic Oaks a little over 2 years ago and we love it here! The management changed soon after we moved in, and the new Property Manager is wonderful. We have made many great friendships with our neighbors (who are all such good people and we all look out for one another). We feel safe here, we enjoy the feeling of a small community, and we havent had any problems. Natalie and her staff have always taken care of any little thing we need. I have seen Natalie do some fantastic things to truly help out residents, and the maintenance staff is very friendly and polite. Do I wish we could magically add more storage space to our apartment? Absolutely, but we will survive with less storage and enjoy our little home for now.

We had a few issues with the old management, as the apartment we were shown was hard wood but our actual apartment was carpet, even though we were reassured we would have hard wood floors ( main reason we moved here). We already found a new apartment when the new management and office staff came in, but it has been a complete 180, there has been much more clear communication from the office (which was lacking with previous management). New management really cares and tries to make it a nice and welcoming community here. Residents concerns are taking quite seriously and maintenance is very professional and responsive.

I would like to start by saying that the management here is AMAZING! Natalie always goes above and beyond for her residents. Shes a very genuine, good hearted person! You say something needs attention in your unit, and theyre there to get it fixed. If it cant be fixed right away, theyre working on a solution to get it taken care of. Im in my 2nd apartment in this complex (needed more room) and I will only be moving the day that I buy my forever home. Natalie and her team are by far the best in the business. She not only genuinely cares for her residents, but she loves her staff. It is a reflection in the quality and quantity of their work. I HIGHLY recommend this complex if youre looking for an apartment. You wont find another like it!

Rustic oaks is by far the best apartment me and my wife have ever stayed at when we moved in it was clean and painted well with no issues there staff is very friendly and there maintenance addressed issues quickly and fixed them right THE FIRST TIME FIXING IT. We will miss this place but our family has outgrown apartment life

Been here 4 yrs thus time about 3 yrs in about 2003. Still love it here but its getting to the point that people on fixed income cant afford to live here. My rent j st went up about 80 f ollars this yr. W I should you would get the apts on low or fixed income
