    My husband and I have lived at the Bungalows for 5 months. We love it here. Everyone in the office is very friendly and helpful. Maintenance gets issues taken care of quickly. The other residents that I have met are also very friendly, and I haven’t heard any complaints about living here from anyone. I love our 2 bed/2 bath house, especially the master bathroom and closet. It’s so big! The bedrooms are a nice size also. We definitely made the best choice in moving to the Bungalows on Camelback.

    I enjoy living here. The staff are friendly and have fun events for residents like Traveling Tom’s coffee trucks giving out free coffee. This season they have provided Christmas wrapping supplies for residents to use. The building is kept up well overall. We are informed of things going on in the building with good notice. My maintenance requests are handled quickly.

    I had a pleasant time touring the property. It’s so beautiful here. It’s giving 5 star hotel! Shawn was my tour guide and he was exceptional! Give that man a raise! He helped me find my dream apartment at Morgan Sandy Springs. I’m so excited to start my journey in my new home!

    I am happy to be part of RPM. My greetings to my team from Dunson Grove (Davenport, FL) and Heidi. I love my brand-new community. We have fantastic appliances in the apartments and a fancy mirror in the bathrooms. The maintenance team is always attentive and friendly by keeping the property up and clean on time.     The staff has been incredible in assisting with my transfer from NC to FL. While I’ve reached out to multiple communities and waited for return calls, this team followed up with me right away.     I recently toured The Abacus apartments and I loved the overall feel of the apartment complex. The interior design was incredible, the community room was huge and I loved the wrap around porch overlooking the pool!Cassie was extremely helpful, kind and knowledgeable helping me find the perfect apartment.The application process has been so easy.

    Love working with this company 🥹, from the day that I started I have felt welcomed with open arms. I was given a notebook, mouse for my laptop and nice pens for my first day!! They also bought lunch for me!! After my time here I realized that I couldn’t have asked for a better management company (: I came from a toxic environment ( will not name ) But Brent, Robert, Ashley and Edwin made me feel like I’m at home! We all love working together and we hear each other when we give constructive criticism ❤️ that’s how a team should be. Go RPM!! I love Strata

    For me, this is a five star rental! The only complaint I have is that there is one dog in mythat barks all the time. It’s a cute little teeny tiny pooch that wakes me up early on the weekends. Other than that, I love the complex and my apartment and the staff, especially Anna and Luis. . There’s another woman who works here with tattoos who is wonderful also but I don’t know her name.

    My experience at Hometowne Matador Ranch has been a true blessing. The resident relationship is central to a Managers success. Learning how to connect with the residents to determine what they really want. I make sure my residents are happy with our services. If there is ever an issue, Im able to listen to both sides of the story and come up with a solution that makes everyone feel heard.

    I have lived here for about 1.5 years now and, as they say in real estate: Location, Location, Location...! The community is within walking distance to Planet Fitness, Wal-Mart and Home Depot. For pet owners, hikers and bikers (like me), Rivery Park is just down the hill. City Lights Theatre is across the street, as is a coffee shop and several bars and restaurants. There are days that I literally never move my vehicle out of the garage. Also, the property management and maintenance staff are always friendly, responsive and professional.

    Plain and simple Andreina was amazing to work with. She is very attentive and informative. I left with not one single question unanswered and I was very confident in getting an approval as she let me know exactly what to expect in the whole process. Although I did not apply at Resia this time I will definitely keep them in the forefront for future housing needs. I love the area and the units themselves are nice(although small). Id recommend these to anyone in the market.

    Oakwood Crossing in College station is a beautiful complex. I choose Oakwood Crossing because of the cleanliness and the amenities. Staff was very welcoming. I looked at 5 places and this one is the best!

    We are long time residents of Luxe at 1300 in Waco. There have been a series of cap ex issues at the property. Then Lisa Kiehl was hired as manager and she has been amazing in prioritizing these issues, new outer doors are being installed; a secure gate system has been installed, and myriad other issues are being addressed. She is professional; she listens and because of her we decided to renew our lease!

    Just wanted to give the most praise to Joe on the maintenance team!!!! He’s absolutely AWESOME!! request are fulfilled very quickly and properly. He really goes above and beyond for the community! Even small things like the gate not working & Joe being on site to fix it right then and there !! Once again…awesome job!

    My wife and I moved into 10X, Ft. Lauderdale, on New Years Eve, 2024. I am sure the staff probably wanted to go home early, but a guy named Enrique stayed to make sure we were properly signed up and settled in. Enrique was super helpful and friendly.Additionally, the woman who gave us our tour and helped us with the application, Kadene Thompson, was friendly, funny, and soooo patient with us. Even though some of our questions were probably stupid, Kadene never made us feel that way. And even though she was not in the office on New Years Eve, she CALLED US to make sure everything was going well.Employees like Kadene and Enrique give this company a good name.

    Glad to live here. Better than the other living communities close to here. Can’t put their names here but others arent as friendly and committed to running things like staff do here at Lakehouse. Lakehouse is quiet and staff are top shelf.

    I’ve now lived at Ellie twice in a four year span and can say it’s been one of my favorite apartments in Austin since I moved here in 2017. The RPM team has gone above and beyond for me during both of my lease terms. Their pet policies allow my husky a great place to live and they are doing a lot of upkeep around the community (building painting, parking lot repairs). My apartment has amazing quartz counters, wood flooring, tall ceilings, and stainless appliances.

    Ive been in the apartment industry for 15 years and have worked under many different management companies; I feel very confident in my experience in saying that RPM is top-tier amongst management companies. Leadership at RPM is impeccable; from the top down. The training and support given to on-site teams is superlative and the companys growth is indicative of their success. I have been very happy with RPM and encourage anyone thinking of joining RPM to do so; youll be so glad you did.

    Honestly, these other bad reviews are just people that probably did something to get a bad response. I say this because RPM is the kindest, most generous, and fastest responding Management team I have ever dealt with. Long story short, I got denied at their community for an issue that the credit Bureau refused to fix. I went to the Managers of the property as advised by the leasing office, and they got me approved and responded within an hour by email of all things. I can honestly say, I am happy to be moving to their property and if they keep this good customer service up, I wont be going anywhere soon. Rent with them.

    Id like to call out Kalin Brown, the manager at Wildflower Villas. My apartment flooded when the neighbors waterheater broke, and they were out of town as was I. RPM did the right things to protect my belongings and the property, and I counted on Kalin to resolve every step of the way. There was a lot. Drywallers and later painters and later carpet replacement. I was displaced and not super friendly at times. Kalin, on the other hand, was professional, followed through, always even keel, and ultimately got it done. I really appreciate her and her leadership team needs to know what a jewel they have in her. She is next level.

    Update: I have now been with RPM for going on 4 years in January 25 and all of the words I wrote down below are still true. I enjoy working with my peers and watching first hand how leadership is all in on fostering, mentoring and supporting their people at all levels. I absolutely love working with such a results driven company that can also take care of their people in such a positive way.I have worked for RPM for 15 months and have followed the company socially for over 2 years. From afar I was always impressed by their culture, how their residents were engaged on many different levels and their reputation was always top notch with their residents and vendors. It is really great to work with teams who are dedicated to ensuring that the residents of the apartment homes that we are the caretakers of are taken care of to the highest degree. People come first with RPM whether it is a resident, a team member or a guest to one of the communities. The tools that management are given including high level management support is exceptional- shout out to Cara Horn for being a fantastic support and leader.Residents are at the forefront of consideration at all times and RPM offers some of the best services and policies for residents including online payments and services, Spruce for chores, package lockers with 24/7 access, remote and secure printing capabilities, pet policies that do not prohibit fur babies just because of their breeds, hiring skilled maintenance personnel who take amazing care of the residents and their homes.

    Started working here November 2021, right off the bat it was a very welcoming environment. Soon after i found out i was pregnant, and during my pregnancy they were very understanding and very flexible with my schedule and my appointments as well as helped with the maternity leave. I work under an amazing manager, Kristen, who is the absolute best. Working here has allowed me to grow both professional and personal. I have enjoyed and keep enjoying working here. Definitely a place to check out for employment.In regards to the apartments, they are very pet friendly and have no breed restrictions. So if you are looking for a place to live and pet friendly definitely recommend any of RPM managed properties.

    I live on-site at Stella at Shadow Creek and love it here! I love that I have a yard for my dogs, and they love it too. I like that Roscoe is so pet friendly, and the maintenance team works so hard to keep the grounds looking great and the residents happy!

    Ive been able to evaluate RPM Living from both a personal and professional view. Couldnt be happier.Professional: Working at RPM since August after leaving an 11 year position with another Property Management company so I have a good deal of experience to judge by. The people here are wonderful, hard working and genuinely want to do a great job for both their residents and their owners. The upper level management is easy to work with and strives to give us the tools we need to complete our job. With such huge growth in the last year or so there are always growing pains and RPM is doing a great job of working through them. I look forward to seeing what we do in the next couple of years!Personal: I moved from LA to Arizona and rented a unit, sight unseen at an RPM property. Having lived in a house for the last 14 years I was nervous about moving into apartment living but the community is beautiful, the team takes amazing care of the units and the grounds. When walking around I often see the maintenance guys and they always have a smile and a wave (initially they did not know I was an employee, so that did not impact their response to me). Ive had a few things that needed to be repaired and they were quick to get to it and take care of things for me.RPM Living is a great company that I believe will continue to thrive.

    I have been apart of RPM Living since February and its been so wonderful! The benefits are out of this world and the company encourages you to move up the ladder. They offer extra classes for whatever area you might have a interest in! They have zero dog breed discrimination which is so hard to find these days, We even have a dog wash at our property!The people I personally work with are outstanding, incredibly kind and hard working. We do our best to provide a safe, upscale and fun place to live. Our residents know they can count on us to take care of any issues or concerns they may have promptly and with care.

    My experience has been like no other . I moved here year of 22 in July from a completely different state, I got my job with rpm mid August and ever since that day I have been going up hill. They have opened so many doors for me within 3 months of being at my beginner property ( whom I cherish dearest to my heart ) , I was able to move to a sister/brother property to be able to bring up their number as well as me ranking our property in the Top 10 knock Leadership board. I see myself move up everyday day in my position, and I love that RPM was able to not only pay attention to me and many other properties they do have .     Before joining RPM Living, I used to work for a company for 7 years and I can say joining RPM was the BEST decision I ever made. Ive had the opportunity to work with amazing people.     The quality of staff at these communities is amazing on all levels - office and service staff! This truly is an organization that supports their communities and residents and manages their communities with pride as they would their own home. Every office and maintenance staff member is so kind and responsive too! I highly recommend living at an RPM community - I’ve had nothing but positive experiences when I’ve talked with the office and the service team is so quick to fix any issues I have.     Ive worked in the apartment industry for 7 years now and 1 year with RPM, and RPM has to be one of the best Property Management companies out there! They make sure to set their employees up for success and growth within the industry. They are very responsive if you need a helping hand and have a great diverse and inclusive work culture. Residents always say how much of a difference they see in the community since RPM took over.I am very proud to be working for RPM and very excited to see where the future takes me within the company.

    I have been in the industry for 10+ years. I actually decided to leave the industry recently but was contacted by RPM to come back. I decided to give it a shot and I have been impressed!!! I have worked for the biggest management companies and so far RPM has exceeded all my expectations when joining a new company.Day 1 I had all my log ins and email set up. Along with a beautiful step by step guide to onboarding. My property manager did not have to do much and I was able to hit the ground running day one. Training classes are curated and intimate. They are fun and directly related to your position. Most importantly they are not long and dragged out for no reason. So far resources and support is impressive. There is always someone responding to my emails in a timely matter anytime I need help. Hours, dress code flexibility and pay is awesome. I wish my current site used Onesite but so far that is my only complaint. Looking forward to my new adventure with this company!
