Its hard to move and so many management companies make it hard to decide. However Sydniu at Rose Ranch made it easy to find properties in our budget. She was chearful ,informed and respectful. She patiently heard my story and need to ask questions. She answered them and when she couldnt she stopped and found someone who could. She made me feel like this would be a great company to lease from. I hope her supervisors know what a good choice they made when they hired her. She is definitely an asset. Thank you for helping all she be more like her!

Jen at Rose Ranch Realty knows her stuff! She has helped me sell two houses and buy one. I moved out of the area and wish I could find someone like her where I am now. I highly recommend her for anyone buying or selling. She has always gone above and beyond to get the job done. Highly recommend!

Our family was relocating form Waco, TX to Tyler, TX and Jen was the best realtor we could have ever asked for to help us through the process. Jen took time to get to know us and never rushed us when we had questions. She worked hard to help us find the right location, house style, price, and property size. She made sure everything would go smoothly with the sellers and kept us updated frequently. There were no worries when working with her. We have had Jen Aherans as our realtor to sale our home and buy a new one, she has been such a blessing for us. She has kept us sane through the process. She is very knowledgeable and up to date on everything in the real estate business, she was so good about answering all of our questions and being there every time we needed her. It was so nice to work with someone that knows the business so well and she is such a sweet and good hearted person. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone that is going through this process. She has been doing it for a long time, she advised on things we would not have know ourselves, which is wonderful! She is a gem!!!

Jen Ahrens was the most patient, professional, and knowledgeable buyers realtor we could imagine having. Because we were house-hunting with fussy requirements, over a period of many months, and in four different counties, youd think shed back-burner us once in awhile. But no, instant communication, cheerfully showing us properties with hours-long distances, right there asking all of the right questions on our behalf . . . if you asked us the pros and cons of working with Jen wed stare blankly trying to come up with any cons. 10/10 stars!

Rhnea and Russell are amazing people and so helpful! I had to move unexpectedly and they had my lease agreement worked out in a day. My home is newly remodeled and comes with all appliances even laundry. The paperwork can all be done over the phone, and they are very responsive through text and email. If I could give them 6 stars I would!

If someone is looking for a good Dependable realtor Jen Bradshaw Ahrens ....she is your lady. She has helped me for a few years now through all my buying and selling process of homes. Along with looking for commercial. SHe knows where I stand and she is not afraid to tell me its not a good business decision. Shes trustworthy and honest. And she make sure she has your best interest. So if youre looking to buy or sell or anything in the real estate market this lady is your lady. I promise you wont be disappointed her whole team is great. She really goes above and beyond for her client. That has now become a good friend.

Amazing to say the least. We found Jennifer through a lengthy search for local agents that could tend to our needs, wants, and was just all around friendly. She did more than we couldve ever wished for. Jennifer was tentative to every want we had and had a list of properties readily available for us to look at. We had all of her attention for the better part of a week while were in Texas conducting our search. All I can really say is she and her staff are all amazing and will not disappoint.
