    Been here almost 3 years ivette is a very attentive manager she keeps things running smooth in this community she is a hard working manager and when i say hard working i have personally seen her doing outdoor work helping other neighbors and who cares for her community she always has any kind of gesture for us going on in her office its hard to see people complain about her because she is DOING HER JOB! I thank her for keeping the community nice and clean aswell!

    Very attentive community; friendly neighbors. Had great experience with Staff Ivet, Mr. Barraza, and Jose and our whole move in process. Would definitely recommend family and friends not only to Rolling Hills but to Yes Communities as well! They Rock! :)

    The new staff has been working so hard with improving the Community Appearance. Maintenance is friendly and we see them hard at work painting speed bumps, upgrading fencing, curb appeal, trimming trees, etc. You can really see the difference from previous years. The Office Admin is very professional willing to help anyone. She takes the time to help set up the resident app and makes sure we understand how it works. The New Manager is out and about talking to residents. I use to hear before that no one ever knew who the Manager was previously because they never saw them out and about. Great things are happening.

    I have lived over 20 years. Seen many things over those years. I have had good neighbors and bad neighbors. Right now the management we have seems good. Very helpful. We live simple quiet lives. This is our home. They are improving things .

    I’m a resident at Rolling Hills and have been for 10 years. Although, I’ve had my share of concerns over the community, other residents and management. But, I am so happy to see the new team YES has brought to Rolling Hills. The manager (Yvette) has shown pride, amazing work ethics as well as heart for her job, the community and the residents. It makes me feel good about being a home owner here and knowing that Yvette and her team are doing everything to make our community looks it’s best and appealing to future Rolling Hills residents.Everyone keep doing what you are doing it’s working and the Manager you have is willing to make things happen here.Great Job! 😁

    We had a very good neighborhood watch meeting this morning. We’ve never had a neighborhood watch before. I’ve lived here 5 years. I’m glad to know and personally see changes being made in the neighborhood due to the new staff. They address issues here on the property that’s been concerns in the past.

    Great service, my wife and I stopped by to get information. They didn’t have what we were looking for so they searched their sister properties and found us what was up our alley. AND THEY HAD SNACK! Both ladies were very helpful.

    I’ve lived here for the pass 5 years and I’ve seen so many managers here but lately the new manager Ivette she has turned the place having after school snacks for the kids to having to have donuts and juice for the kids in the morning to planting beautiful flowers in the entrance of the site making out community so beautiful thanks for all your hard work we appreciate it

    Almost 20 years here and even though it has residents who dont like it, they follow rules, the team we have is the best. You can see the difference, if they are quieter, and if they are very respectful.

    Thanks to the new administration, life will be much better in Rolling hills, I have lived here for a long time and it is much better now,In the office there are very friendly people, the Manager (lvet)And his assistant (Lupita)They listen to the needs of the tenants.They are very kind,Something that we did not have with past administrations,They also offer snacks for children.Now they do things that I personally had not seen,there are many changes for the better,thanks for making that big changeMrs. Ivet.!!!
