I liked living here. No problems walking my dog after dark. Maintenance was quick. Got my full deposit back after cleaning when I moved. If I came back to the area, I would probably end up here again.Only issue I had was parking, but I also got home from work at 11 pm and never had issues on my days off.

River Walk apartments is a great place to be at. The office staff are amazing. Lisa, DLaine and Jerry are very welcoming when you come into the office. Steve the maintenance manger is really nice and very professional. River Walk Staff are amazing and the property looks beautiful.

Recently Shreveport (River Walk complex) experienced a prolong. power outage that had many residents without AC and many other amenities. the Management team made frequent tours of the facility to ensure the residents were safe and informed of the complexs status. this is going above and beyond you know you are part of a family/ community because people care about you. thanks for your support and reminding me i chose the right place to call home.

This is a very lovely community with a great location. I love the ponds, the courtyard and the side walks around the complex which are great places for my kids to play. The staff are super friendly and they really care about making you feel comfortable in your home. The landscape is well kept and maintainance are fast to respond.The management organizes family friendly events through the year which is a lot of fun. Weve lived in many places before but this is by far our favorite place!

Love this place! Everything is beautiful--from my apt itself to clubhouse, lovely lake, and fountain. The staff is top notch! Only recommendations I would make is improve grass--too many weeds. Easy remedy--weed /feed in spring and fall. Also exterior paint needed in some areas, which I understand will be scheduled. Overall, I recommend this complex highly to anyone looking for an upscale place to live.😊Kathy P

D’Laine was amazing. She broke down every price detail so you have a good estimate of how much you will be paying each month. The area was nice too, calm and peaceful.
