Wish I could give more stars! We lease a property for a preschool and the maintenance crew has been so unbelievably kind, quick, and thorough. Most days they come out same day and have the job done then and there. The entire team here is amazing from Lucy to Christian to David and Daniel and so many more. We could not be happier with our experience. Thanks yall.

I would like to brag about your maintenance crew, they are so efficient and always on the go.One young man by the name of Alberto stands out due to a recent encounter. He was power-washing the buildings and saw me struggling with an overload of trash bag, ,he so graciously helped me. Stopped what he was doing and with a warm smile opened the trash gates for me and even went the extra mile and helped me dump the trash. Now l know that is not in his day to day duties, but how refreshing to see this young man with such a great attitude..Please recognize this young fellow and let him know what a Stellar job he is doing and what an Amazing and Positive attitude he has. Thank you for going the extra mile.

This is a great place to live and everything you need shopping etc is in walking distance. The management property owner takes care of the townhomes from inside to outside. They are friendly and fast in completing maintenance orders. They keep the property in great condition. Ive lived there for 8 years. They also have new Garden Villas on Black Locust Dr in Pflugerville. Check them out!!

I wish I could give the Ridge Hill team more than five stars!My business leases from Ridge Hill Investments. They are kind and responsive, and the work they do is always done well and done right. If you are looking to rent, residential or commercial, look no further than this wonderful group of people. They care, and its really refreshing.

My husband and I recently moved here. Since then, we have had just very minor things that needed attention. Christian and his crew (maintenance) have been so awesome!! They are very prompt and very professional. We are so glad we moved here! Everyone, neighbors and Lucie in the office are the best!!🤗👍😊

Lived here for two years. Its a pleasant, quiet community with friendly neighbors. Unit interiors are quality, and management is highly responsive to maintenance requests. I recommend it without reservation!

I have never had issues with the maintenance response... once a report is submitted..their response is punctual . ...they get the problem taken care of right away...Ive been here 3+ years...🙂
