Contacting the offices is easy and they are always nice and understanding. My boyfriend and I lived in a condo through Ridgehill for over two years and we always loved the staff. The maintenance team responded quickly and took care of any issues we had in a timely manner. The only reason we moved out was because of an out of state job opportunity. Otherwise, we would have continued leasing through Ridgehill forever!

I have been renting with ridgehill investment for several years now and have no problems. Always quick to attend us, very friendly and profesional. They have always treated us so amazing from the staff to the owners! I always recommend their rentals and offices to anyone looking.

I have been a tenant with this company for 5 years and I’m sad to be leaving only because they didn’t have a 4bdrm available. They have been so wonderful! They are always attentive to any issue I’ve had and the maintenance staff has been just as wonderful in getting the job done the right way. Lou Anne and Lucie are such great people and always very responsive with all my sill questions. They were so helpful with my transfer when I decided to transfer from a 2brm to a 3bdrm. I’m really they didn’t have a 4bdrm available. I can’t say enough great things about them. I will truly miss being a tenant of theirs!

Great Place to live! The location is perfect in walking distance to many retailers including restaurants. Ive lived here for 5yrs & the staff is always wonderful and attentive. They maintain the property and maintenance fixes problems promptly. Highly recommend properties from Ridge Hill.

Very polite and professional staff. Respond to emails and work orders with in minutes. Property is nice and rent is reasonable. Highly recommend any property from Ridge Hill investments!
