    I wanted to take the time to leave a review for RentLife properties. This is the second time Ive rented out a my home, the first time things didnt go well which left me very hesitant to do it again. This time around I used RentLife properties and everything actually turned out better than I expected. Im very pleased with the way my home was returned to me. When I left the home to go overseas it was practically brand new and after an 18 month lease it looked almost like I left it, very minor wear and tear from the previous renters. That is a testament to the services of RentLife Properties. I honestly and highly recommend to anyone who is considering leasing out their homes and are concerned about how things will turn out, RentLife will not only look for a good tenants but they will also make sure your property is taking care of. Mark and Nikki were great to work with and went above and beyond to help me with an unexpected situation. Great people Excellent Company!

    I started real estate investing journey reading books and self managing my property. 13 months later the tenant left out of the blue and left my rental a mess while I was out of the country. I googled furiously for a Property manager and pray hard I would find a good one. I emailed Mark and he immediately called me and walked me through his processes and what separates him from the others. He started quickly getting his contractors to rehab the property. I tried to beat one of his quote for painting but his came $500 less than mine. Mark and team respond to all communication quickly and are always there to answer any question. I feel we are more partners in this since he takes such good care of my property. Today marks the first day of a EXCELLENT new tenant starting their lease. I am very happy with his service. I have the Premium Service.

    This is the first month in our house and so far, my experience with RentLife has been great! The online application process was really easy. Nick was the agent and he was great as well. I called him late and asked to view the house and he was able to show us the property on short notice. We viewed the property Monday night and got approved Tuesday afternoon. The property manager, Mark, has been super professional, responsive, and helpful. Theyve gone above and beyond so far in getting any maintenance issue fixed and without any problems. Would definitely recommend!

    My family and I were displaced by a fire and were needing to move into a home IMMEDIATELY. I saw a property I liked, inquired about it and Nikki got in contact with me the same day! Not only that, but I was able to take a tour of the property a few hours later!! No other management company wanted to be this attentive to me as Nikki was. When I toured the home, thats when I met Mark who was also so attentive like Nikki. There the perfect duo! They were both so wonderful at explaining everything! I applied for the property the next morning and Mark was on it! Got approved within a few hours and had my new house keys by the end of same day! After not being taken seriously, Mark came into our path and I couldnt be more grateful! He has went above and beyond!     I highly recommend RentLife to take care of all of your property management needs. They are one of the very few that hold CRMC certification. And all CRMC companies are NOT the same for customer service. As property owners, we had called another CRMC property management company and were stood up for our initial consultation with them and never received a call back to reschedule. We called RentLife and Mark picked up and spent so much time with us over the phone at that very second to explain all the services they provided and answered all of our questions. Their website is very user friendly where we could easily pick the management plan that fit our needs for our properties. It also offers alot of other information for property owners and tenants. They manage 2 properties for us and we are so pleased with the service. We can finally relax as they take care of everything. The owners portal is very easy to use. They provide all documentation on quotes and work that is being done but they manage all of that. They also get great prices as they work with vetted contractors that do quality work with them rather than us calling ourselves. We managed our own properties for almost 7 years and them taking the management piece over has been such a stress reliever. They stay on top of laws to make sure the property and wording in the lease are current and compliant. They offer recommendations on changes and upkeep that help keep the value of the property and address issues before they happen from a liability standpoint. They also offer packages to renters that I think take some stress off of them as well (e.g. service that changes A/C filters) so that all have peace of mind. We have also experienced a tenant moving out during the start of our relationship with them. RentLife took care of everything to coordinate specialties (painting, contracting, A/C, plumbing, cleaning, locksmith, yard work, handyman work) to turn the property over to get it listed and ready for move in within a short period of time. They do a thorough job of tenant screening and most importantly take the stress off of you as an owner. They are very knowledgeable and share that knowledge in their interactions with you as Niki and Mark have several years of expertise and experience in the real estate, investment, renting, and property management industry. They are always approachable and very accessible and communicative. We will continue to use them if we add more properties as they really have been a life saver. Thanks Niki and Mark!

    Ive worked with Mark and Nick who helped handle listing, tenant screening, and handling issues related to the property to keep it in order to be rentable. The discussions related to tenant screenings were very thorough and clear, but the best part was that they did not discuss tenants that they felt did not meet their standards which I appreciated. Mark is very prompt when it comes to handling tenant issues, especially when it comes to thungs that might need repair, and I appreciate the care he is providing the tenant. One thing I realised when I first started working with Mark was his attention to detail. In hindsight I wished I had worked with him to purchase my property, but its always on my mind to do so in the future. I would recommend Mark and his team if its in any area his team services.

    My only regret about deciding to have Mark and his team to manage my rental property is that i didnt decide to do it sooner. I dont often make recommendations and I dont make them lightly but if you own or plan to invest in rental property in the Houston market and want to realize predictable, consistent, unbeatable cash flow the best advice I can offer is to contact RentLife Property Management.I had a vacant property in need of some repairs. When I signed the contract with Mark the repairs were complete almost immediately and it seemed like they had qualified tenants screened and waiting. Rent collection, accounting and disbursement of funds has been consistent and timely. Periodic property assessment has kept maintenance surprises to a minimum and when needed repairs have been cost effective with no delay.     I recently got a job transfer from the Medical Center to the Willowbrook area. I wasnt really sure about what the best options were for apartments around that area so a friend of mine recommended Niki and Mark. I spoke to Niki on the phone and she was super friendly and took down all my info. They did all the research and found a few options that fit my criteria and price range. All I had to do was check out the 2 I liked in person and I made my decision a day later.     We recently worked with both Niki and Mark looking to buy a house. My wife and I had just moved back to Spring from Scotland after a few years abroad.We actually accidentally found Niki but definitely glad we did. Niki listened to us, what we were looking and responded with several properties that were what we wanted to see. We often had to bring our kids along to viewing and Niki was not only patient with us but also with the kids as well. So much so, every time we see a white car near a house; our daughter asks if we are seeing Niki.Niki was knowledgable about the areas we were looking as well as very observant; pointing out several issues with houses that we had not noticed. Her research was done before each visit and she could answer most if not all of our questions.As we struggled to find something we loved, Niki suggested moving out of our comfort zone and proposed some new builds....we found the house that became our home.This is where Mark became involved as we stumbled through the loan and closing process with the builder. Both he and Niki were extremely responsive to our concerns and Mark even attended our closing along with Niki to make sure there were no surprises.Can’t recommend them both enough; knowledgable and likeable people who if you do get the chance to work with them you should!
