AR Evans did a fantastic job for us. Our house was posted on the market 4 days! We had 4 showings and 2 applications and ended with a 2 year lease! Everything was so smooth and he answered all of my first time landlord type questions fast and simply. I had to last minute adjust a meeting he and I had planned and he asked his wife, Samantha, to come take the photos in the time slot I had available which was awesome! They are both very nice and professional and I have told all my neighbors about their service and professionalism. I look forward to this new relationship we have started with Renters Warehouse!!

I wanted to wait a while before I put in a review... We are very happy with our home. Had a wonderful experience getting into our home with Josh Rand. He was very straightforward with what we were getting into. Met with Jannette the day we got our keys and she was very helpful in explaining everything about the home like where the lockbox is and how to work the garage doors and she did the walk through and walked me through the things she saw that needed to be addressed. When we moved in we did see some things that needed to be serviced. Once we made our service requests, they were answered almost immediately. Our home is so spacious and so beautiful. We could not be happier.

As first time landlords, we had a nice experience during the renting out process. A R Evans was our rep and he did a great job staying on top of things. He was approachable and gave us good advice when we asked for it. He deserves the glowing recommendations and reviews people have already written on this website.I have no experience yet on the property management aspect though. Amazing service! Working with Josh Rand was a great experience, he showed his proffesionalism on every activity regarding the lease process. I would highly recommend Renters Werehouse for property management needs. Just be aware of working with a guy named Gilbert for Make Ready and Clean up your property, he is very unprofessional, never let you know the correct price for what he is doing and always tries to charge more. I had to hire another contractor for what Gilbert supposed to do right.

If I could give more stars to Josh Rand with Renters Warehouse, I would hands down. I was so nervous about moving far & using a company I’ve never used before. But from the moment I contacted Josh, he made me feel so comfortable and confident that we were making the right decision, I completely trust Josh. He literally made something so nerve racking into something exciting! We found a house through him that was more than we imagined, we absolutely LOVE our house! Couldn’t be more grateful to him for making this such an easy and smooth process. We would like to thank A R Evans for leasing our property! We had Rollingwood Management as a property management company for 7 months and had a really hard time working with them – poor communication, lack of responsiveness, making decisions how to spend our money without consulting us in advance and giving us attitude when we questioned them. We heard about Renters Warehouse on the radio, read the reviews and decided to switch over as soon as our tenants moved out. In order to avoid the unpleasant surprises we had with the other company, I wanted to clarify every aspect of the property management agreement, and believe me…there weren’t just few questions :-). A R Evans responded to all of them quickly and in a very professional manner. He is a knowledgeable realtor, very responsive and easy to work with. Moreover, he listed the house and found tenants in a really short time, and got them in the house immediately. He gave us the opportunity to view the tenants’ background check, and accept them or not, got the keys from the previous management company, and was very transparent with the financials - things that were new to us. My agent Jennifer Moreno is so great to help me in all the details including finding the right contractors to fix and clean house, She always tries her best to save me the cost and helps me monitoring the project progress when I could not make the trip from Houston to Austin. Josh was very helpful when we were moving from DC to San Antonio. Due to COVID and many rentals being occupied it was nearly impossible to do a live walk-through of rentals. Despite this limitation, Josh helped us secure a great rental that 100% met our family needs during a crazy summer rental period. Josh was extremely helpful with all things we needed to do to ensure we could move into the house as soon as possible. With Joshs dedicated help we were able to have movers come at 9AM of the very first day we had keys to our new rental. After being on the road for nearly three weeks, it was great to move into our San Antonio home as quickly as possible. We highly recommend Josh for your moves!

Im a newbie in terms of property renting and AR Evans and Renters Warehouse made my life super easy. I interviewed two other property management companies and decided for Renters Warehouse because they were the ones that could rent my house in probably three weeks.I was concerned because December is one of the worse months to rent a house but AR fulfilled his promise and in less than three weeks my house was rented. Renters Warehouse has made my rental process very easy for us and we appreciate the professional handling of our rental. Renters Warehouse makes it super easy to get a tenant. We were able to get a tenant within two weeks of listing our home. I like their service but I feel the deposit and monthly fees are too expensive. We had to pay about $3600 ( two months worth of mortgage ) to get a tenant and also $99 a month for them to manage the property - collecting rent and being the point of contact for tenants when they need help.Renters Warehouse helped us sell the house once we had it on the market. We were able to sell it as an investment property with the tenant in it and Alan did a great job in getting the house sold.

I worked with rental agent Heather Fruge to find tenants for my longtime personal residence in South Austin (78704). Id never rented out a property before and I needed someone who could answer all my questions and walk me through the process... Heather did a fantastic job of explaining the pros and cons of various rental arrangements and she was intimately familiar with the Austin rental market and aware of the challenges presented by my neighborhoods explosive growth.Because my property is a remodeled and expanded ranch home that was original to the neighborhood it doesnt fit into either the low-end rental market of unimproved ranch homes, or the high end of extravagant new construction. The home has some great amenities including an in-ground pool and a very nice add-on master bedroom suite, but the basic footprint of the home is from the 50s so the original bedrooms are quite small and theres a lack of closet space by todays standards. Heather understood immediately that this home would present some unique issues in finding a tenant who would be a good fit.In the end Heather was able to locate a very nice couple who were relocating to Austin from out of state within just a few days of my home being available... And they were moving in only 10 days later! Had I even been able to find prospective tenants myself I would never have been able to sort through the applicant pool to find such an ideal fit for this property. Heather did an outstanding job! I have no reservations about recommending her to anyone looking for the expert services she provides.

Hello I want to write a nice recommendation for Caleb with Renters Warehouse. Even though it took longer than we all had anticipated to rent out our home, he had a disadvantage because our house had been vacant already for 4 months. So, all that said when he did send tenants for us to look at he was prepared, he was very knowledgeable, very good attitude, very thorough, and very quick to respond and get back with us at all times whether it be 9 pm on a Saturday night. I am a leasing agent of 8 years so Im going to be more critical than most because thats what I do everyday. You wont find anyone like Caleb. 10+ gentleman at it all!!!!!!

Would give it 10 stars if I could. Had a previous property management company for 6 months, not a single application but still collected fees. Seemingly didnt have any incentive or motivation to get the place rented that way, they still got their money. Read the reviews of renters warehouse and liked what I read so I switched over. Really liked that they didnt collect any fees until they got someone in the place. Well, not even a week in and they found tenants for my house and got them in the place. Worked with A.R. Evans specifically, who was very attentive and knowledgeable. Made the whole process a breeze, and couldnt be happier with the results.

Heather Fruge was professional, efficient, no-nonsense and knocked everything out so quickly I couldn’t believe it. Before I even had the furniture moved out or the house cleaned and ready to show, she had 6 potential renters lined up. The first couple she showed the house to that weekend, signed a 2 year lease and they were moved in the following weekend. A.R. gave me many tours of the home and made the leasing process relativity easy. All the paper work if completed online. He also promised to address some minor issues with the home before I move in such as touching up the paint on a few spots on the wall, removing the wasps nests, having the home sprayed for bugs before we move in because it was vacant for 6 months, fixing the master bedroom shower head, replacing the air filters, and cleaning the stone on the front pillar on the the house. I fully recommend anyone looking for a good renters management company to call renters warehouse and ask for A.R. Evans. I move to Austin in 10 days and have the up most confidence that when I take possession of the house and do the final walk through everything will be perfect.

They literally moved out minutes before we showed up to move in, they left excess trash outside thinking the garbage company would pick it up (they dont), also did an unacceptable clean and touch up paint. With all that said, Astrid worked tirelessly to make all of it right again. She scheduled the trash to be picked up, rescheduled the cleaners and made sure the touch us was done (Even though that was all the previous tenants responsibility). Ive notice a few other reviews commenting on her ability to respond quickly at any hour, its hard to find hard workers and professionals like this. She had a water heater issue that they addressed right away. Email response was super fast. And they consistently called and texted to update me on the issue and resolution. Whatever infrastructure they have in place to handle after hours and regular maintenance issues is incredibly efficient. I wish all management companies used it.

Jack was so helpful! As a tenant, I have been trying to get something taken care of with my account for months. I emailed the realtor and spoke to customer service multiple times but nothing was getting accomplished. was so frustrated because it seemed like I was just being sent in circles.
