    Were just getting started with Renters Warehouse, but so far, we are delighted. We just purchased a duplex. We are living in one side and renting out the other. Since weve never done this before, we wanted to go through professionals who have. Renters Warehouse got our listed and leased within a matter of days.

    This is solely for my experience with Heidi in the Accounting Department. I had issues getting bounced around Customer Service but she was able to swiftly help me with my issue.     First to ReviewI have had the pleasure of working with Renters Warehouse. They were able to contract a tenant within two weeks of posting our house. Renters Warehouse only showed and considered tenants that were qualified for our property. We have received our first statement on time , as well as it was accurate. We have also hired their professional management team to manage our property while we live in another state. I highly recommend Renters Warehouse, they are efficient, professional and a great organization to work with.

    Renters Warehouse itself definitely has some of the general problems with any apartment - timeliness of getting repairs done, etc. However, once my concern was sent Reymart did an excellent job handling my issue. Hes great and Ill request him every time.

    Great company to work with as they rented out my townhome in Plano. They had access to good market data about my neighborhood and were able to give me a suggested listing price. The pricing is fair and they provide reliable and responsive customer service. They handled listing my property, showing the property, all the tenant paperwork, and will handle the ongoing maintenance. They settle quickly with me once the tenant pays and provide easy to follow statements. So far I have been very pleased with Renters Warehouse, and would highly recommend

    Sharon Ducas helped us tremendously with renewing our lease with tenant. Shes been great at contacting us and tenant in a timely manner and making sure everything was completed. I hope Renterswarehouse can hire more employee like her to make the renting process run smoothly.

    Brandi Howland is what Renters Warehouse needed. A big change since she has came on with Renter Warehouse. Thank you Brandy for taking care of things and being very responsive at all times. Was blown away when she called well after hours from her personal cell phone to answer questions my husband and I both had. Thats going out of her way to provide excellent customer service.

    So far so good! Paulette made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. Any question that I had that she didnt know the answer to, she was quick to find out and let me know. Its only been 2 weeks ish since the tenants have been in, so well see how the rest of it goes, but so far things have been great!
