    GREAT management and communication!!! We had gone with a different company prior to Renters Club and the other company was a nightmare.Renters Club was a 180: Kevin (I believe he’s the manager) has great follow through and is very professional. All of the staff are excellent too. Maintenance is prompt. The cleaners are amazing, shout out to them as well. DEFINITELY recommend this company if you are thinking of doing a short term rental for your home….. and also for those wanting to rent something short term around Austin.

    Wow, just got back from the most incredible time at the Paisley place Luxury home with our family. The peaceful surroundings, breathtaking views, and quality time with our loved ones made it truly unforgettable. Our children and grandchildren had so much space to maneuver around such a beautiful home. Thanks for having us and making such a memorable experience for my family.

    Beautiful house!! Loved our stay. Beautifully and comfortably furnished. Top of the line appliances. Great location. Perfect set up as my elderly in-laws had a room on the ground floor, hence no need to use any stairs. Pool came in handy on those really hot days. Had minimal interaction with Renters Club other than the booking/payment and check in/out. Each time was easy and very professional. Had a question once in the beginning of our stay and was quickly addressed. Thank you Renters Club for a wonderful experience during our sons graduation weekend!! It truly enhanced our special occasion.

    Rented Brigadoon in Westlake for a weekend with my family - what a treat to be be able to stay in such a special, mid-century modern Austin property. The pictures dont do it justice. It is stunning, all around - the ultimate home for entertaining for having a chill weekend. All against the backdrop of sweeping views of the Austin skyline. It is great for a large family or friends reunion - you can literally stay on property all weekend and never run out of things to do, or use it at a home base for exploring around. There are lovely communal spaces for gathering, and the bedrooms are perfect for downtime - they are huge, with GREAT beds (and each has its own full bathroom.) The kitchen is a dream for cooking family meals - was so lovely to eat outside at the table for 12 under the shade of one of those great Austin oak trees. In addition to all of this, the grounds are wonderful - the pool is huge, theres a spa, sport court for pickle ball, a little hiking trail that goes around the property and plenty of lawn for running around. Cant wait to come back!!! Also, Renters Club was wonderful to work with - very responsive and so helpful, from booking through our stay.

    This property was perfect for our recent trip to Austin! We felt at home the moment we walked through the door. It was spacious, beautifully decorated and equipped with everything we needed. Our daughters (aged 3 and 5) loved the neighborhood playground and splash pad, which were both in walking distance to the home, and we all enjoyed the adorable porch swing! The house is in such a convenient location. We explored the whole city and found it would be a short drive to any neighborhood we wanted to go to ( there are also plenty of restaurants/shops within walking distance of the home). It was also an easy drive out to the hill country from the house! We would definitely stay at this home again. If you are thinking of booking, don’t hesitate!

    Our group stayed in one of the Renters Club properties over Labor Day Weekend for a bachelor party. The weekend went off without a hitch. The house was perfect for our group; spacious, clean, and there were no issues with the neighbors. The Renters Club was very responsive to inquiries throughout the booking process. I highly recommend to anyone staying in Austin with a large group.

    Everything you see in the pics and more! We were the first people to stay in this beautiful house. We have watched in great anticipation as construction and remodeling has continued and not in vein! What a great house, charming, fresh, beautifully decorated, and lots of parking. It is so convenient to where we spend most of our time when in Austin. The park, the coffee shop and the restaurants all with in a very short walking distance yet private and secluded location. Lots of young kids in the neighborhood giving the area a very cozy feel. We will definitely stay here again!

    We recently visited Austin and stayed in a lovely property managed by Renters Club. The Treehouse near South Congress was in a terrific location and it was obvious, when we arrived, that it is well maintained. Every amenity you could ask for was available in the house and Renters Club was extremely responsive when we encountered a minor issue at the beginning of our stay. I would highly recommend booking a property managed by this company.

    I used the renters club through airbnb to plan my birthday in Austin with 10 people. They were FABULOUS! The house was gorgeous and had even more space than I thought. It was perfect. Very clean. Everyone was very helpful. Definitely recommend using the renters club to plan your next stay!

    Honestly, first time in Austin, didnt know what to expect. You literally drive up to the nicest place on the block, then you open the doors... the place was more than what was expected. Very impressed with the amenities to the unit, and the surprise apt was perfect as it allowed our large party to sleep comfortably. The distance to all the hot spots were less than a 10 mins drive, never been to a place more convenient. The management team was very accommodating, they checked in with you a day before your arrival to ensure you felt welcomed and provided anything that was needed. If you want to enjoy the fun and convenient city of Austin in style... this is the place... =)

    I originally booked one of their properties through Airbnb. Unfortunately they called me about a month before our stay and had to cancel our reservation. Very frustrating! However, they turned this hard situation into a good one pretty quickly but spending the time to find us several new places to stay on super short notice. This is the type of situation that really goes a long way to show what they really care about - their customers! I am completely impressed with their efforts and applaud their ability to bring a customer from very unhappy to write this glowing review. Well done Renters Club - youve gained a loyal customer!

    This house is beautiful. Plenty of room for a group. We had 9 ladies, and we had plenty of space. Walking distance to everything on South Congress. Plenty of great restaurants, bars/live music, and shopping to walk to 5-10 minute drive to downtown, depending on traffic. There is a little market walking distance, but a large grocery store is a couple miles down South Congress. The beds are very comfortable and the linens are nice. There is not hairdryer as listed, but there is a coffee maker and expresso machine. I had asked these questions before arrival, but never received an answer. Management company was very responsive otherwise. Check in and check out is very easy. There is an insurance policy you have to purchase around $250 in addition to rental. You do have to list all guest names and emails when booking and then again a week prior to include phone numbers as well. This a cute neighborhood with families and we felt very safe walking around day or night. We were torn at times during the day to stay and enjoy the house or go out and see everything Austin has to offer. Three nights is not enough time to do it all, but we did our best. I would recommend this house to a friend.

    I booked a house in Austin through the renters club for a girls weekend getaway and it was wonderful! All of my reservation questions were answered and booking along with check in/out was simple. A few minor house issues were cleared up quickly when they sent someone over to fix the very next morning. A definite recommend!

    To say the Paisley Place (name of our property) exceeded expectations would be an understatement! Communication from The Renters Club from the time of our booking (November) to the weekend of our event (May) never wavered. Their booking policy for the same property was much more flexible and easier to work with than the other, more familiar rental sites or apps. Our concierge, Korie, was very helpful along the way and sent us a welcome text, as well as instructions for our boat rental which we booked through The Renters Club, too. Over all, 5 stars out of 5 all day!

    I was delighted with the apartment and staff. The Apartment was comfortable and well equipped. Having been traveling for months I found the laundry/washing machine a true blessing. Kitchen was clean and well stocked. WiFi was excellent. Location was perfect. It’s a unique location and certainly beats being in a Hotel.I cannot thank the staff enough. Most thoughtful and helpful. Five stars!!

    I LOVE Renters Club!!! Some friends and I had reserved a house in Austin, TX for Memorial Day Weekend via VRBO (weeks ahead of time) and they canceled on us 2 days before check in, and VRBO was no help at all. I got in touch with Renters Club because I told them about our situation, and Kevin from RC made a few calls and found us the perfect house that wasn’t originally available. We stayed at their Matisse property and WOW this place was absolutely amazing. The owners of the house could not have been more wonderful (baked us brownies and had all sorts of treats for us) - and they were always available via call or text if we had any questions. The house is brand new with all the bells and whistles plus more (Sonos throughout the house, all new appliances, AMAZING showers, a private outdoor shower, and a completely private pool in the back). Everything was so clean and perfect. We were blown away. Thank you Renters Club and the owners of the Matisse property! We will definitely be back!

    The renters club was amazing to work with at our house in Austin! They provided us with a personal cell phone number to reach the property manager for any questions. The house itself was amazing and the thoughtful amenities put in place made the house comfortable. I will use them again for further bookings! 😊

    Beautiful property with great location! Contemporary style yet very cozy and comfortable feel. The pool was smaller than pictured, definitely more for lounging than swimming. The Renters Club was very helpful and responsive along the way and I appreciated the text I received on check in day, just communicating and ensuring everything was good.

    Our stay un Austin was terrific! The house was clean and my family loved staying with each other for my youngest daughters wedding. We had a slight problem with the faucet in one of the bathrooms, but as soon as I texted about the problem, a repair person was there and the problem was fixed. Thank you Renters Club for a great stay!

    We rented a lovely home for the Thanksgiving holiday, Wednesday through Friday. The house was large but felt intimate and cozy--perfect for a family holiday, but the technology in the house was advanced, and we had some bumps at the start because a few things werent working. We also had a hot water heater act up and we were without hot water on Wednesday evening. The Renters Club people were very proactive once they were aware of problems--and very nice. A staff person, Colin, came out on Wednesday evening, and a plumber came out Wednesday night late--almost midnight--but we had hot water on Thursday! Yeah! An AV guy, Daniel, came out on Thanksgiving and reset the Crestron system. We still had a couple of issues, but all in all, it didnt matter. We had a wonderful weekend and enjoyed the house, made a great Thanksgiving meal, and sat together around the large dining room table making family memories. It didnt hurt that the weather was amazing, and we enjoyed all the activities on the property--the putting green, the ping pong, the walking trail, and the fire pit. It would have been pretty easy to ignore us over the holiday, but the Renters Club came through, answering text, calling back, and letting us know what was happening. Im giving less than 5 stars because I do think a day of walk through before we got there to make sure everything was working or a brief orientation when we got there would have avoided some of the frustration. I do feel you guys were open to our comments and suggestions. Thanks guys. Life happens, things dont always work perfectly...but the take away is that the weekend was wonderful. We will rent again...

    I have stayed at facilities run by The Renters Club since 2014. Lindsey Redwines places have always been amongst my favorites when it came to affordable and comfortable hotel-alternatives in Austin. Ive stayed at a number of her facilities, and I always found them well-kept, clean, and comfortable. In my opinion, they have the best beds and linens of all the places Ive stayed in Austin (I frequent the area, and have stayed at a number of HomeAways, Air BnBs, hotels, and motels).On my most recent trip, we ran into an issue which weve never encountered while staying at a Renters Club facility. The air condition in the place we were renting had gone out prior to our arrival. The room was warm upon check-in, but we chocked it up to it being a hot day and perhaps the A/C just being turned on prior to arrival. We let The Renters Club know via text message, then we went out for a night on the town. Upon arriving back to the room that night, the air was still not on, and the room was too hot to stay in. We sent a message to let them know that we would be staying in a hotel for the night and that we would need to discuss reimbursement the following day.The next day, we were contacted by The Renters Club to let us know that an A/C technician would be at the facility shortly to see if he could fix the issue and allow us to stay our second night as scheduled. After the visit from the technician yielded an unsuccessful fix of the air condition, I received a call from Lindsey. She apologized profusely for the inconvenience and offered to let us stay in the large front house on the property for the night. On top of that, we were offered a full refund for our stay to cover the cost of our hotel and then some.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the main house. We had ample space to relax and cool down after the back-and-forth from to the hotel, and the generous refund for our troubles was immensely appreciated. Lindsey in particular offered us amazing customer service and made us feel accommodated and welcomed.As long as The Renters Club continues to offer the same superior customer service as well as some of the most affordable rates in town, we will continue to be return customers for years to come!

    Elizabeth at the Renters Club was very helpful in finding us a place to stay that fit our wishes. We had scheduled a stay through AirBnb which unexpectedly fell through. After a brief discussion with Elizabeth, acceptable accommodations were quickly found and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended.

    This is a very professional company! They were very attentive before and during our stay at the rental home. Expect timely responses to your questions.     We stayed for two months in the Sampras townhome in World of Tennis Square in Lakeway, TX and were very pleased with the accommodations. The home was very well decorated and up to date and the owners thought of everything you might need to prepare a gourmet meal and have an enjoyable stay. The complex was very quiet and safe and was very convenient to area restaurants and activities. We enjoyed being able to access walking paths with scenic views. Renters club and the owners were very responsive when we had questions and when we discovered the new grill was not working properly, it was replaced the same day. We would definitely recommend Renters Club and the Sampras townhome. I would definitely book with Renters Club again!

    We had a great experience at the Pacman Craftsman property down in Austin, TX. It was 9 of us down for a bachelor party, and the place was nice and we’ll kept. There were plenty of beds (more than what were listed) making for a very comfortable weekend. Electric scooters were always accessible right on the sidewalk outside the house for us to run short errands to the nearby food or liquor stores. Not to mention, the location was perfect to get everywhere we wanted to go (6th, Rainey, restaurants on South Congress, and a few other activities we took advantage of). Would definitely recommend.

    Girls weekend. The location was great and cleanliness of the house. Previous reviews about needing trash cans in the bathrooms have not been dealt with. It would make the stay much more comfortable to have trash cans in the bathrooms. The only trash can is in the kitchen. The house is nicely decorated but dont expect a stocked kitchen and bathroom.

    This house was exactly as pictured and truly amazing- stepping in it looks straight out of Joanna Gaines home decor line. Perfect for large groups, we had 10 girls for a bachelorette party and were very comfortable, the backyard was super cute to decorate and hang out in, plenty of bathrooms to easily get ready and perfect location to get to Rainey street, 6th street and Barton Springs Pool. great house!

    Everything was as described. Place was, beautiful, clean and quiet. There is a free community pool two blocks away and so close the everything. We had no broom/dustpan and manager brought it same day. All in all a great rental experience!

    Incredible properties and even better customer service. We rented a beautiful mansion in Austin through the renters club and would HIGHLY recommend everyone doing the same. The house was incredible - big pool, hot tub ,2 hole golf course, beach volleyball, basketball, ping pong, you name it, this house had it. It was super easy to communicate with the renters club and they were very quick to respond. The day we were arriving i received a text from our host who made himself at our disposal the whole time we were there. They even coordinate a concierge with your rental to help you organize you trip (but the concierge does charge for their services - what we found helpful was Grocery delivery so the house was stocked when we arrived). The house was clean, comfortable, and full of high tech gadgets that normally you would think were off limits but, not with the renters club - they made sure everything was available for us. Overall an unforgettable experience and I will definitely be renting again through them next time I am in Austin. I hope they expand to other cities as every place could use the same hospitality!
