    Rental zebra customer service is awesome. Using their app is very easy. I can use it to pay my Rent. I love the maintenance request. I put in for a maintenance request on the app and as soon as I did I got a response an hour later. I was having electrical problems and they got it resolved the next day. Lindsay my agent is a great person. Anytime I have questions. Shes there to help me out.

    Rental Zebra is a wonderful property management company who cares about their tenants and their living conditions. I am a maintenance vendor who been working with Montse Cervantes. Every time we need additional assistance she is a call away with a solution. If you are looking for a reliable management company who is trustworthy with honest customer service, Rental Zebra should be your only option.

    Great company, Im currently renting a property from them (the past 2 1/2 years) and Ive been satisfied so far. Sometimes the repair service as in plumber or HVAC are delayed but not because of rental zebra but because of the third-party vendor and their schedule or workload. Overall great team and company!

    My experience with Rental Zebra has been exceptional. Lindsay W. and her team have been particularly pleasant—they’ve gone out of their way to respond to any of my feedback and requests thoroughly and promptly with discretion, as needed.The staff is the type of staff who always stays with a problem until it is fully resolved. They also update us regularly on things that impact the community at the Prospect Avenue property.As a single woman, I feel safe on the gated property. It’s in one of the best neighborhoods in Dallas, located in a highly walkable that’s home to everything you need and want. But I’m still protected by cameras and a private parking spot.The renovated space feels elevated and includes everything I need to enjoy the space and let my home be my Zen. It’s hard to find a better property.

    Ive been renting from Rental Zebra for 5yrs now. Any concerns with the property, as soon as I put in a work order I can always count on Lindsay and the team to get repairs done . If you cant reach by phone I can count on Lindsay to respond to emails as well. Communication is not a issue with Rental Zebra. Also good on working with you to trouble shoot any issues. I will recommend Rental Zebra anytime!!

    I must start off by saying the professionalism was top tier! Lindsay was right on top of everything. The whole process didn’t even take a week and she kept me in the loop on everything. I would definitely recommend renting from this company if you are serious about renting a home. I’ve been in TEXAS for 7 years now and this will be the first home I’m renting.     I am a current tenant (7/2023) and appreciate the staff I have encountered while I have been been renting with Rental Zebra since 2020. The maintenance they use are professional and friendly and timely. The only negative is the company does not report rental payments/history like some other rental companies/agencies do to assist renters with establishing/maintaining credit. Other than that I have no complaints.

    2023 update: Still 5 stars. By far the best rental company. The storm just knocked part of the tree over and I submitted a maintenance request. They had it taken care of same day. Every maintenance request has been handled so quickly and they are always so nice and easy to work with. Seriously, they are the best!Original: Lindsay and Diana are the best! They are both so kind and I cant tell you how much Ive appreciated their patience with me during this process. Ive had about a billion questions and they both give thoughtful thorough answers. Theyve kept me updated every step of the way and am so excited to be renting with them!

    **UPDATE**Over the past couple of years, this company has done a complete turn around. They get maintenance request answered promptly and they are very communicative. I am so happy the new owners have taken over! Veronica a d her team are doing amazingly!ORIGINAL***The man we rented through via Rental Zebra was terrible. BILLY never responded to any calls, voicemails, or maintenance requests. I dont think he is there anymore. There is still a major lack of communication but it has gotten somewhat better. Our heater has been out for awhile now and with a ONE year old, it has been a mess trying to buy space heaters and keep them out of his reach. We pay our rent on time and always seem to come up short. Wouldnt suggest this business to anyone.

    I was desperately looking for a home in January because of a bad experience in the so call LUXURY APARTMENT i was living, it was growing mold in my whole kitchen and dining room area in Grand Prairie. I search online looking in the area of Arlington at this point i was fed up with apartments and was looking for a home. I saw this ad and i immediately drove around this house and I fell in love with it, even though i knew it was in the middle of renovation. I requested online and they responded on the same day. I fill out the application online and Lindsay called me to meet up with Billy to show me the home. When i met Billy i was very impressed. He was so professional very concern of my needs in the home due to i take care of my parents that lives with me. They are very elderly with a lots of health issues and he assure me that this house would be perfect. Now, mind you this house was not ready but just walking in with Billy made me feel so secure. That is when my life got easier. Lindsey and Billy was so helpful and made sure that everything was taken care of before i moved in. Now i am going on 7 months and loving everyday my home. Thanks to Billy for being a great person to work with and Lindsay making sure that i am taking care of any needs of the home. I cant ask better landlord than Zebra Rental. I gave 5 stars because it is the max but they deserve more that 5. Thank you for reliving my issues in finding a new home for my parents comfort.
