Rental property professionals has been all around the greatest company I have rented with to date. They supported me to the point in which we felt like an individual to them not just a number while maintaining professional processes and procedures along with top notch customer service along the way. However, the good didn’t just stop by the time we signed the lease. Me and my partner found ourself in a situation that needed urgent assistance and Janice Lozano practically jumped to our rescue to save us! She returned our phone call regarding an emergency within minutes and was able to find a resolution within about the same time frame, all during the crazy busy holiday season no less! Janice truly feels like the shining example of who someone wanting to work in rental properties should strive to be like and it brings us a lot of comfort to know that someone who cares so much for her customers is a member of leadership. Rental Property Professionals all around has been an amazing experience, we are looking forward to hopefully get the pleasure of renting with them again.

I have been a Landlord client of Rental Property Pros for over 9 years. They were highly recommended by my realtor, who I have done several deals with and trust. Janice and her team are top notch. I was a first time reluctant landlord and they walked me through the whole process and made sure to take the time to make sure that I understood everything. I was really worried about all of the things that I read about the large impersonal property management companies and how they can be a nightmare for tenants and landlords alike. My experience with Rental Property Pros has been excellent. I cannot recommend them enough. The highest compliment that I can give them is that I barely know they are there. They take care of all of the small stuff and if there is anything big, they are VERY quick to contact me to find out what I want to do. I think in 9 years, I have had 1-2 calls and that is it. My tenants love them too, or they would not have rented my house for 8 of those 9 years. How do you like that for long term tenants that they found for me?!?! My brother had a much worse experience with his Property Management company in Florida, so I consider myself lucky to have come across Janice and company. In my personal experience, you will not go wrong with Rental Property Professionals! I recommend them to anyone that is looking for a property manager.

Im writing this review from the perspective of a renter. Often, I have found that landlords are more likely to write a review for rental property management companies, so its difficult to get honest feedback about what it feels like to be on the renters side, dealing with the management company.I have taken time to write this review until I knew the full experience of working with the company, from signing our first lease agreement, to finalizing our move, out of the property.Our move to San Antonio was from out-of-state, so it was a bit complicated. Regardless, Rental Property Pros was willing to work with us to come up with solutions to make the move as smooth as possible.During our time in the rental property, they responded in a timely manner and fixed all urgent problems (ie. air conditioning in summer, plumbing problems, etc) quickly.All of our interactions from them were professional and full of compassion and understanding. The owner, Janice, always took the time to respond to our emails regarding each and every concern. She would take the time to evaluate the issue and acted in a fair manner that both served the homeowner and us. Shes friendly, easy to reach and always tried to help us with solutions, when it was within her control.Our circumstance in leaving was not easy, as it had to do with foundation and construction issues in the home. Rental Property Pros did their best to help us come up with solutions with the homeowner, which resulted in an amicable departure for us.While we were in negotiations for solutions, EsSence was excellent in her communications and listening to our concerns. Even though she did not have to, she graciously came in person to talk with us and see the issues in the house. She managed to hear our concerns, while also speaking professionally about the homeowner. She never took a side, and presented a very balanced and neutral stance, dealing with facts while being compassionate with feelings.Their move-out expectations were well-communicated and fair. They treated us with respect through the whole process and followed our contract perfectly.Without a doubt, we would rent from Rental Property Professionals if given the opportunity again. They are honest, fair and treat the homeowner and renter with equal respect and value.

Laura and EsSence with Rental Property Pros are absolute professionals. We lost our home to a fire and were left scrambling to find a furnished rental. Both Laura and EsSence have worked with us every step of the way from securing a lease and moving in within days, extending the lease a couple of times due to construction delays on our rebuild. Maintenance issues are addressed immediately and they always follow up to close the loop and ensure everything is resolved. Communication is open and direct and they personally contact me if I happen to miss a text or notification. They have made sure everything is as seamless and streamlined as possible. If we are ever in a situation of having to rent again we will use RPP.

I could not have worked with a better team of women. I was in my rental for 7 months when the landlord decided to sell the property. Janice notified me immediately which gave me ample time to make a move 4 months later. She kept me informed regarding the landlords intentions and provided updates in a timely manner. I am beyond great full for RPP! My spouse and I have been renting a property from them for the past 7-8 years, the level of communication they provide all around to not just the property owners but truly their renters. They are prompt when there is an issue and ensure that we have top notch service. We have had several issues with our AC (normal wear and tear) and they don’t hesitate to get someone to come look and fix the issue. Which being in TX is a must! They have also helped us buy our first home, which is the rental we have been in for years. Janice is the real deal and will be a life long friend and contact! Rental property Pros have been my property manager for about almost 15 years! In the time this company has managed my property I can honest say I have never had any issues with them. If I ever have any questions, the owner Ms. Janice Lozano herself has always made herself available to me.There was one period before Rental Property Pros that my house was managed by a very well known company. However they did not do their job to my satisfaction. My property stood empty for a year. There always seemed to be an excuse. Within a matter of weeks, after signing with Rental Property Pros there was a well qualified tenant in the property. Ms. Lozano and her staff have always been highly professional and reliable in their dealings with me. I have no hesitation is recommending them to several of my friends and co-workers when the need arises.

My wife and I have moved multiple (17) times in the last 30 years. In fact, we are on rental home number 3 in the last three years in San Antonio. We have been renters, homeowners, and long term rental property owners who dealt with multiple property managers. After our first experience with a local property manager with a large portfolio, we were very displeased with how we were treated and how the property manager operated their business. However, after dealing with Janice Lozano, Laura Perez, and EsSence Molina, over the last two years, our faith was restored in at least one of the local property management companies. The one word that best describes our RPP experience is Fair. Property Managers must represent the homeowner but not at the expense of the tenant.Janice and her team always went out of the way to ensure the home was well maintained and cared for but not at our expense. We were never unnecessarily inconvenienced when the home required care, inspections, etc. They always treated us like this was our home and we were entitled to the best rental experience possible. The RPP team tried to quickly respond to maintenance requests and when we had some personal difficulties on move out, they worked with the homeowner to accommodate our situation. This was unexpected and definitely appreciated!If you are a homeowner looking for a first class property manager, you wont be able to find a better agency to manage your property! I wish I had someone like them as my property manger for my rental property. If you are a potential tenant, Id definitely recommend you consider them for your rental property needs. Yes 8, was hands down THE BEST experiences renting I have had and there’s been a few believe me.As renters we all know how a management or a bad landlord can really make your life a pain, something happens to the property and either they drag they’re feet or not do anything at all to fix the issue. Not happening at Rpp, we had some stuff happen being at the same property 8 years and one of those was the ac going out during the summer, I was thinking great it’s going to be days before anyone is going to come out.. was really in shock when someone came out and it was fixed that day! All of the experiences was like that and that’s exactly why we have stayed for so long, was no need to look elsewhere when everything was so great.To top everything off Janice even helped us purchase our very own home! Rental property professionals has made leasing a home easy, not just from the paperwork but also maintenance, payments, and customer service. I heard horror stories of renters waiting for repairs or a call backs from their landlord or rental property managers. The past two years have been seamless and I was actually excited to lease again. When I need maintenance, it was completed by professionals, not a random person. Covid has thrown some curve balls but they were willing to assist in the best way they can. My day will come to own my own home however, I am forever grateful for the wonderful team and opportunity to have a home. They are very communicative, which puts your mind at ease. The vendors/contractors that they have are excellent, charge fair amounts, and work very quickly. Its simply GOOD business from both an owner and renter standpoint. Owner repair reports are always very detailed and paired with photos. I have NEVER had a doubt to where my money was going when a repair was needed.-RPP screens the renter going into your home. I have never had a nightmare tenant. Their online listings are accurate and always kept up to date with excellent photos to market your home. My home has never just sat on the renters market unoccupied. Renter transitions are honestly seamless, allowing me to continue paying my mortgage all while not even being in the vicinity. I completely trust their judgment of character.-RPPs owner online interface allows for you to access detailed repair reports as well as payment amounts to you instantly. Any types of repairs are documented and stored on their interface for future access. Owner payments are also dispersed quickly, ON TIME, and consistently every month. End of year tax documents are also provided quickly. It is a well oiled machine.In a recent phone call with Janice, she remembered things about my home from 7 years ago...Personally, that truly speaks to her companys attention to detail, caring for her customers properties, and commitment to excellence. In all that time, all I can say is I have been eternally grateful for what Rental Property Pros and Janice have done in the management of the property. I would like to recognize EsSence Molina, Property Manager, for her superb assistance during a recent A/C equipment failure. Recent medical issues resulted in my confinement with limited mobility; and, as luck would have it on a day with temperature of 106 outside the A/C failed. We immediately contacted EsSence via cell and initiated a service workorder which resulted in her immediate engagement with the issue. With extremely short notice, she was able to place us in contact with a service company; unfortunately, due to service demands they indicated that next day service was the best they could do. Once aware of this, she immediately sought out other options. Believe me this is no small endeavor in San Antonio during a severe heat wave! She was more than up to the task and managed to have a service technician at the residence that same day. Such concern for the welfare of others is hard to find in individuals these days. Rental Property Professionals is to be commended for the employment of such quality and true professionals. We simply cannot express our gratitude enough! Overall I am happy with their services. We lived in our rental for about 4 years and did not have too many problems. Any time we had questions or concerns they were usually quick to respond and very friendly. There were a few times we had some issues, but we worked it out. They are easy to talk to so we were able to resolve the problem. The only real issue we had would be when we owed additional money or fees, it seemed to be due and then past due and we werent aware. This may be more of an issue with the application used rather than the company. Again, overall we were happy with our experience and hope our next place is just as good!

RPP, Laura specifically, has been great. Quick to respond to all my questions and the few requests weve had so far. Only downside so far is using their app. Its great for scheduling maintenance and they are very quick to respond. However, for keeping track of rent and fees paid, its always out of sync. Even so, Laura is great at clarifying whats owed and paid. I recommend using RPP for your new home!

I have to write this review after my experience with the bigger management company in San Antonio was a disaster. RPP (Rental Property Professional) has been managing one of my property in Converse, TX. They did outstanding job and they did everything that I can just put it on cruise control for them to manage the property. I have another property, also in Converse, TX. The bigger management company (starts with B) has been managing it for 1 the last 18 months. It was recently empty and after 20 days, its still not re-listed yet. I had to be the one asking for update on the progress, everytime! Lack of progress and communication are the recipe for disaster, and the property kept empty without tenant. Not only empty for 20 days, but they did not re-list the property after 20 days. I contacted RPP and spoke with Essence, she went to the property first thing next day to take pictures and able to get it listed by the end of the business day, a little over 24 hours after they took over. Amazing team, amazing owner, amazing service. I will just have them manage both property and leave it on cruise control! Thank you RPP and team!
