Working with Mr. Chase and his team has always been a pleasure.Ran into him as I was looking around for property manager (my experience with the previous PM was bad and I was skeptical). Right of the bat, Mr. Chase was open and transparent about services which he was able to offer and what he could not - there was no trick answers. His knowledge of the area was very high and he spent time with educating me, and guiding me through the rent-out process so that I was able to make correct decisions.He was very open about me talking to his team so that I could talk to folks who I would be working with closely. His team (Leslie and others) are very knowledgeable and were able to provide guidance and options whenever I called them. They are backed by a group of skilled individuals who can take care of all your needs - repairs, make ready, touch ups etc - so that you don’t have to worry about sourcing at the right price.Currently Mr. Chase is assisting me with liquidation of one of my rentals. He has been super helpful and his recommendations are always to make it is a win-win for all parties involved.In case you are looking for help with one of your properties I would definitely recommend giving him a call.

Rental Management Group is a great company. I used them for 5 years. My properties all have good tenants. They usually stay more than two years. If moved out, only take one to two months to repair and get new tenants. Their employees all have great manner, professional and reasonable. Emails and calls are reply promptly. They are quick in solving REQUEST OF SERVICE from tenants, and did a great job notifying tenants to correct HOA VIOLATIONS.
