Rent806 was great to us! If we had any issues they took care of them and we followed the move out procedure (standard) and didnt have any issues. We loved the house and would recommend Rent806 to others. I will say there were small things we asked for like paint and replacing a screen door handle that they did not do for us but it was things that did we could live with. They will also listen and take action if you want items fixed before move in/signing so dont be afraid to speak up.

I cant complain and this is my 32nd apt. Theyre friendly and easy to get a hold of. Repairs at my unit are usually done the same day, if not then definitely within 24 hrs. The payment portal makes everything a breeze. 👍 Lots of variety in rentals as they are the agent for private landlords. Good stuff.

I rented a home for 5 years with Rent806 and had no issues, when roommates moved out they made the transition to bring in new roommates easy and efficient. Never had an issue with repairs. When our AC went out they had it fixed the next day, which was great because it was the middle of the summer. I would definitely recommend Rent 806 over any of the student housing facilities in Lubbock.

My husband has rented from this place for around 3 years now. Any communication we have with them is through Caitlyn and shes wonderful! Super polite and responds fast. Any requests we have put in have been dealt with in a timely manner. Pretty much someone comes out the next day. Recently we were told they got cited for the alley. Not surprising... Our back gate is right next to the dumpster and people have been using it as a dumping ground. Mattresses, pallets, furniture, all kinds of trash. There have been times we couldnt even get out of our gate from all the stuff piled in front of it. We sent photos to Caitlyn to let her know just how bad it was and she said she would send their yard guy out to get it cleaned up! Huge weight lifted off our shoulders. I feel like any other rental company would have said Oh thats rough, good luck get it cleaned up! So we greatly appreciate how rent806 handled this situation and are definitely impressed. We are running out of space and hoping to move into a bigger house and we will definitely be sticking with rent806! Too bad our lease for this house isnt up until July cause we are cramped lol but should we worth the wait! Thank you rent806 for the wonderful experience-Mark and Destiny Cook (:

Always nice and helpful whether I call, text, or msg online! Annie and Rita are top notch and will do whatever it takes to get you situated. I highly recommend going with Rent806 because theyre knowledge of the properties I.E., extensive knowledge of their houses and apartments and locations, their knowledge of Lubbock and all it has to offer, and their commitment to getting the right tenant connected with the right landlord is beyond compare. Look here FIRST so you dont have to look anywhere else! 😉

I probably looked at 30 houses all over Lubbock before signing the lease with Rent806 at my current home. The houses I viewed via through this company were all well kept and very clean. So far I’ve been very satisfied with their service! Staff are friendly and quick to resolve maintenance requests in a timely manner.
