My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Team Athey in September 2017, specifically Sarah Athey and Lauren Walker. Sarah is definitely knowledgeable of the area, and has many contacts and resources from her own personal experiences in real estate. We went with her recommendations and were not disappointed. She easily sold our house in 2 days, and helped us find our new house. Everything went so smoothly and without a hitch. Her team will fight to get you the best deal possible. Also! We went with a lender she recommended: Nick Patton with Supreme Lending. Best decision ever. We will come back to this team the next time we are looking to buy/sell a house.

I rented a home from Remarkable Property Management for close to three years. Theyve been a great management company to work with in all my interactions.Maintenance requests were always very prompt and went above and beyond what I had expected. For instance, one of the windows was broken and allowed a wasp nest to form inside the dual-pane window. I asked if the window could be fixed, and they ended up putting in new windows - not only to replace the broken window, but also replacing the windows in the adjacent room so the windows looked uniform when viewed from the street.They were also really great during the freeze back in February a few months ago. I had two pipes break and was able to shutoff the main water valve fairly quickly. The maintenance team came by the very next day and fixed the broken pipes. I was only without running water for around 24 hours, which was much better than I expected given how many homes had issues during those few days, and how busy plumbers were.Move-out was a great experience as well. The management team worked with me on a slightly early move-out (a few months before my contract ended) because I ended up purchasing a new home quicker than I expected. I really appreciated their willingness to allow me to move out a little early. Once I moved, I had about 3 weeks of overlap, so I spent around 50-60 hours deep cleaning the home. (Around 3 hours every day after work). I ended up getting back the full security deposit, which I am very appreciative of.I would definitely recommend Team Athey/Remarkable Property Management for anyone looking for a nice home to rent in the DFW area. Their homes are listed for reasonable prices, their maintenance team is very responsive, and they are very easy to work with.

Everyone in the organization was responsive and professional in every encounter or communication. They did a fantastic job vetting tenants and when any issue regarding maintenance arose, the team handled it immediately. When I was ready to sell my property, the team worked diligently and marketed my property resulting in a quick sale. Re/Max Team Athey was the best! We had them manage our rental property for several years and they did an outstanding job. Handled every problem that came up quickly & had people who could do the repairs at a very reasonable cost. When we decided to sell, they were even more amazing. We were located out of state, so they handled everything for us. They went above and beyond all expectations. The house sold very quickly (thanks mostly to home improvement suggestions from Team Athey). They arranged for the work to be done & when completed, sent us pictures & the house looked wonderful. We did the closing from out of state and that went well also. Fantastic experience. Really we cant say enough good things about Team Athey.

My wife and I have lived in several locations and dealt with many property management teams, Team Athey & Remarkable Property Management exceeded our expectations! We rented a property from them and we had to request a couple of maintenance items. I cant express how fast we had our issues addressed. We would always receive a call back from Lauren or Sarah within the hour of our request. Example, we had a huge tree down, they had a lawn maintenance team out at our house immediately. The biggest request we submitted was our AC stopped working. We are used to having a maintenance team out there and replacing a part or two, what did Team Athey & Remarkable Property Management do, they had the entire HVAC system replaced brand new!!! We are very pleased with the attention and care we received from the entire team. We highly recommend this team to everyone. Thank you!

I have been a client of Team Athey for over 10 years. They have helped me purchase 3 homes that I have lived in and 2 of which I have sold. Additionally, they have helped me purchase and rent 2 investment homes. What I love the most about their property management system is that it is absolutely seamless. They handle everything from getting bids and work completed for repairs, finding and maintaining relationships with tenants and the monthly/ annual accounting necessary for my taxes. I receive a direct deposited check for my rent payments and no hassle from renters! It is a truly well oiled machine and I am so blessed to have such a knowledgeable and focused team at my disposal!

Sarah has been my property manager since 2013 and its been a great experience. I remembered that my tenant fled back in 2014 without paying the rent. Sarah immediately went to the house, assess any damage, and put the house on the market immediately. Consequently, I was able to find a replacement tenant in 2 weeks! Sarah Athey McAnally Is the BEST!!! Not only did Sarah and her team provide exemplary service while I rented from her, she went the extra MILES and EFFORT to help me and my young daughter buy a beautiful home of our own. And that investment netted us so much, we were able to buy another home and pay for it in CASH. That means a LOT to a single dad with a young daughter!!! We couldn’t have done it without Sarah’s expertise and friendly guidance.We had rented from Sarah for about 7 years. During that time Sarah gave us help and guidance on home ownership and how that could be a better investment. Her guidance inspired me, and helped me realize what having a home to leave for my daughter could really do in her life.Sarah advised us and helped us buy at just the right time. Debbie Sherman at this particular Re/Max served as our landlord this past year for our home in Plano. The entire team at this location was always such a joy to work with! The home was older and not without its problems, but the Re/Max team was always quick to get things fixed. They also never tried to blame the problem on me or my dog - believe me, previous landlords have tried: well, clearly the roof caved in, because you have a dog in the house. By far one of the best landlords I have encountered to date. If you see Re/Max listed on your rental agreement, sign with confidence knowing you will be well taken care of :)
