My husband and I were looking for an investment property in San Antonio in 2010. I found an article about buying investment property that Mary Ann Crumpton wrote and immediately I loved what she was saying and really clicked with her even before I contacted her. I called up and sent my husband out to check things out and we did buy a property in lovely, wonderful, up and coming New Braunfels! We have had the property for 13 years and have had Mary Ann and her dedicated team caring/looking after our property and us for all this time. We love the customer service and have been treated like family. They solve problems and handle everything we need since we are still living in Los Angeles. We do love New Braunfels and Mary Ann and her team (Anna, Danielle, etc.) have made us feel right at home. Who knows, one day we might move there we feel so welcomed by them and theyve taken great care of our house, tenants and us.A million Thanks for all yall Do!

Ive been with MaryAnn and Anna for years. Always quick to answer their phone and answer questions. If busy they return my calls in a timely manner. Any repairs I need they call with a quote before hand. They seem to have great contacts because the repairs are done at a reasonable price. If you are looking for property management In I would highly recommend them.

The Reliance PM Pro team was an excellent choice for our property management team. From the start, Casey Redding worked diligently to find us a suitable rental without even seeing the property first. She was so thorough and made the process stress-free. I would definitely recommend Ms. Redding as your real estate agent for any future home sale or purchase.Our property manager, Danielle King, was very kind and patient during the administrative portion of the process. Although it was a rather quick lease term, Ms. King was expeditious to find another renters for our location under dire circumstances.Thank you for making our lease experience as comfortable as you possibly could.
