The best of the best . The property where i stay is clean and the manager super professional and very nice lady. Thank you.If you are looking for a nice, clean and not pricey apartment to live this is the right place .

I’ve lived here for one month. I had AC issues but all has been resolved. The property is very clean and well kept. I love my two bedroom apartment. Very well worth the price. I feel pretty safe here and the residents are really nice. The back pool looks so nice.. it just needs to be opened up soon for all to enjoy. I highly recommend this community. Office staff are pretty amazing as well.Kudos to the great maintenance guys on property.

I don’t think I’m a part of REEP but I got the text so…I live at a CIP complex, The property is kept clean and even though I’ve only been here a month and a half, I feel at home.

All of the staff is friendly, approachable and helpful when I ask questions. The maintenance are quick to respond and can complete a task with skill.

The maintenance man was very polite and efficient….even turned off the light in the laundry room when he was finished!! Always excellent service!
