I have been renting a place from Red Rock for almost a year - this management company is very professional, efficient, caring, and respectful to its tenants - all common and important announcements are sent out timely, unavoidable household troubles/issues, such as non-working or broken appliances are addressed and taken care of rather quickly, communication/ feedback as a rule is almost immediate, the help is usually sent within just a few days. I am very pleased with the choice I made last year, and would recommend highly the Red Rock Property Management company to anyone who is looking to rent a place - they will not disappoint!

I just recently moved into a Red Rock rental with my kiddos and they have been amazing since day 1! There were some hiccups in the beginning with the lease and meeting for the move in but they made up for it and I haven’t had any issues since! They have worked with me on my payments and have been so so kind and understanding, not a lot of places are like that. I will keep renewing my lease as long as I can with these guys, they’re awesome!!

When Samantha Jones came from the back and introduced her self to me, there was a genuine feeling of trust that I don’t get very often. She had a place for me though she said.My response was Oh really and I actually believed her. When I arrived at my new home and yes it really gave me a feeling of home. A feeling I haven’t felt in 5 years that it was okay to throw away my boxes that I moved in with.Home that is why I posted a picture with stuff all over the place because I’m home. The tour of the property was a delightful experience. I personally was toured by Jase (not sure I spelled the right, haha) and he was so engaging and thorough in giving information I needed. The application process was a breeze (their online platform makes the process streamlined and hassle-free). Move-in day had zero issues, and opening a work order via their app makes the task a breeze. Samantha Jones is a lovely help for when I have questions and concerns. Im a first-time Red Rock renter and am enjoying my experience so far!

We rented from Red Rock for roughly 2.5 years and never had any problems with anyone. We did have some move in woes, no fault of Red Rock but the person(s) who did the plumbing install on the newly built place. Lauren was quick to rectify the situation going above and beyond for us to get us into a different townhouse. Lauren was quick to resolve any instance of anything that came up for us. Theres something to be said for a no bs approach to getting problems sorted and I think thats something anyone can admire in an instance where what you need is resolution. Additionally, we received nearly all our security deposit back with the exception of some minor repair work that did need to be done. Very happy with our rental experience.

Tabitha promptly submits my bills for payment. This has always been helpful to me due to the fact that Im just on Social Security so, these monies I earn for lawn care supplement my income. Ive rented 2 different places through them. My apartment isnt the nicest place but it works. The thing I like the most about this management company is whenever there is an issue they are right on top of it. My dryer went out on me and in no time I got a response saying they have purchased a new dryer and that it would be delivered when a time worked for me. Another thing I am so thankful for is when I had an emergency and needed to move from my first place they very quickly found me another apartment in a different location and got me moved in as fast as they could. I was so thankful that I was able to get out of there and into a new place with no extra cost do to switching my lease.

Good service, attentive manager. We are satisfied. They respond to requests very quickly. We recently had our plumbing repaired. The guy Martin did a great job with the repairs, after the job he cleaned up the place where it was dirty because he had to work with a saw. I am delighted with his integrity!
