Red Rock has been the best Property Management company weve ever worked with. They truly care about resident satisfaction and are very fair and reasonable as intermediaries (owner-tenant). They always resolved maintenance requests timely and were willing to fix anything we identified as problems (we never had to fight to get something fixed). Even though we had to vacate early, they worked with us as best they could while meeting their owner obligations and made the process go as smooth and painless as possible. (They do right by both while being responsive and professional.) We also appreciated their above and beyond mentality, with a Summer swim party giving away raffles and a fun Halloween trick-or-treat walk-through! Weve never known any property management company to do that! Those were truly memorable manifestations of their commitment to excellence. I appreciated being a tenant with them and always recommend them to other renters. If you want a good rental experience, work with Red Rock-theyve been great! Special shout out to Tessa, who Ive worked most closely with for vacating-shes been very warm, accommodating, and helpful, throughout. Thank you, Red Rock!

Had only visited the St. George area a few times when I decided to move there due to proximity to family and the beautiful geography. I knew I wanted to rent a house, but using the conventional rental apps proved difficult and often misleading. Red Rock Property Management’s site and large list of properties made it super easy to find great options that fit my exact needs and price range. Everyone in the office was kind and proactive in making the leasing process a smooth one. I worked most directly with Colby, who is an absolute gem. He was quick at taking the pictures and answered all of my questions.

Update:Just had an inspection with Brennan. He made the process simple, quick and was great with my dog. He provided relevant information on the status of our inspections and answered questions toward the end. Still 5 stars for Brennan and red rock.The initial process with Melinda was very easy and she provided great service. Most of all I appreciate the speed the process moved forward. We knew what we needed to do and turn in ahead of time and were able to check things off promptly. Clear email and text communication also helped a lot. She was excellent for the entire onboarding!Con: I think this is very common now and more of a comment on the company but a little bummed you can not opt out of monthly fee for rewards program.

Within a week we had a lease signed with the PERFECT home for us, all before even receiving a confirmation of application to their competitors. I reached out to their competition to check our application status and I was not responded to until after I had already finalized all our paperwork with Red Rock which was roughly 10 days from inquiry to signing. Melinda had immediately responded to me, had given us updates as well as clear instructions on how to move forward. By the time we were waiting for keys, the other agencies reached out that they had signed the properties we had applied to, but that they could still help us into other units. No thanks, Melinda got us all taken care of! Really liking their rent/tenant portal and texting options for communication!

The jobs were prompt, efficient, and the repairmen very courteous. I appreciate their professional service.There have been other cases where Red Rock has been there for my family and me. When a water line broke in our community, Nate with Red Rock was so helpful. It was Sunday, and he was doing so much to communicate with HOA members and plumbers to get things fixed and resolved. He even offered to bring us a water cooler!THANK YOU RED ROCK PROPERTY MANAGEMENT!I am very grateful for their prompt support and dedication to making sure everything worked out and that we were taken care of. I just relocated to St. George and I honestly wasnt impressed with the rental options in my price range until I viewed a property through Red Rock Property Management. I only had to view one apartment before I knew it was the one. It was clean, well-maintained and in an excellent location, which was surprisingly hard to come by otherwise. The apartment was on the higher end of my price range, especially with the added fees, like the RED rewards, which is required for all tenants, but I believe it was worth it. The leasing staff was incredibly helpful every step of the way. Colby, my primary contact throughout the application process, was excellent. I had a lot of questions and she answered all of them with patience and kindness. I only just moved in yesterday, so I cant speak to their long term tenant care, but so far, Ive had an excellent experience with Red Rock Property Management and I highly recommend them.Update: Im adding to my previous review that Ive put through a few maintenance requests since moving in and Ive had a positive experience with that process so far. Ana, who was assigned to my case, was very supportive and had great communication along the way. The vendors who came to do the repairs were all very professional & got the jobs done quickly and efficiently. Im continuing to have a great experience with Red Rock Property Management.

Amanda was my first contact and she was friendly, well informed, and most helpful. She was quick to get things rolling. She introduced me to Kaylee who also was just as helpful and friendly. She has encouraged my questions (I have many), provided the answers I needed and has been open to any suggestions I made on the listing. Ive really enjoyed working with her thus far. At my house, Bruce came over within a day of our request for inspection and he too was congenial, responsive to my questions and did a thorough and complete job of inspecting my home. I couldnt have been more pleased and impressed. Kaylee not only listened to me, but actually heard what I said and followed through with what we discussed. Even when it was another departments responsibility, she took the initiative to work as my liaison to help resolve issues.Suggestion for Red Rock PM: As a property owner I should ONLY have ONE single point of contact at Red Rock. That point of contact would then be responsible for coordinating the various departments. Things dont work well when there are half a dozen contacts all sending you to another to get your issue resolved.

I’d like to share a positive experience. A few years ago I had a minor communication issue with Red Rock Property Management. However, that issue was resolved by talking with the Management team at Red Rock Property Management. In renting, buying, or selling a property communication with the team should be top priority. If there is ever a problem, ask to speak with a supervisor. I did and things were properly addressed.My only advise to the customer is actually take 10 minutes and read the contract so you understand the process. There will be questions so ask. That’s how to avoid the misunderstanding like I had and the issue was stupid besides that.I would recommend Red Rock Property Management because the are fair and they do work hard to make their customers happy.

Melinda is a great manager and they are all very helpful and responsive whenever we have had any questions or maintenance, and they are so nice all of them. They have very efficient online services for paying and requests for maintenance, and I personally have never waited longer than a day to have my requests addressed by them. There are processes one goes through but nothing any property owner wouldnt want and if you are an on the level renter then you find that its all easy and doable! I have come away with every conversation going wow if I had a property, these are definitely the people Id want managing it for me!Bruce - This man is the best maintenance guy Ive known, and Ive known a few.
