I was always notified immediately if something had to be addressed. Also, Norma Elizondo is the best realtor n manager. She helped me sell my property. The team is a solid team that goes above and beyond to satisfy the tenants needs while accomplishing both the tenant and owner satisfaction. A special thank you goes out to my PM Nohemi and owner Norma for taking my calls any time of the day or week, specially living in a different time zone. The other SPECIAL THANK YOU goes out to Nora who works so diligently to resolve any of my maintenance issues and always knows where to go to save me money without sacrificing quality. Lastly BUT NOT LEAST goes without saying to Tanya who always answers my calls and is so willing to go above and beyond to answer any of my questions and most importantly, rent my units when they need to as well as keep me informed of when the leases are up and what the new going rate should be.
