She truly is the epitome of Team, not only that but is like family. Once you have her trust and trust is given she will fight for you!     Spencer with the maintenance team at Real Manage Austin was a real pleasure to deal with in putting up and taking down our HOAs Holiday decorations. He was very helpful and knowledgeable especially since he had put up the decorations the previous year. Spencer did a really great job for us, and I very much appreciated his help.     Ron Eubanks has impressed me as the “manager” of our community. He is friendly, personable, easy to talk to and listens to issues. When I wrote asking several rambling questions about The Reserve at SPM, he replied quickly, answered my questions and explained the rationale behind the answers. I’ve been in this community for 12 years and Ron outshined all previous managers.

    Steven is responsive and quick to return calls. In the event of emergency, he assured me very much that things will be taken care of and the management really stepped up to take care of what is needed to protect my property from further water damage when the pipe busted in the apartment above.

    Raquel Bernal, our community association manager, helped me to get back in shape the small back yard I have. Before Raquel, I tried for years to communicate with Real Manage and their community managers about my backyard situation without any luck. Raquel made sure the landscaping and irrigation companies work together to add more soil and grass and making sure everything is going well. She is a good manger that follows through her promises, she has good communications skills, good manners and I am very thankful to her

    Last year we had nothing but trouble with RealManage. The people we dealt with didnt care, were rude, wouldnt listen, wouldnt offer solutions, and wouldnt even respond. It was truly horrible. Now we have a new community director (Verushka Williams) who is courteous, listens, responds, and resolves issues! Thank you, Verushka and keep up the good work!

Throughout this time, I have interacted with numerous Community Managers, but none of them have compared to our current Director, Anthony Washington. He has been exceptional in every way possible.     My condo community has been through challenging times after suddenly losing our long-time manager to covid-19 three years ago. Ive served on our Board of Directors several years and am deeply grateful to our RealManage Community Manager Kat Aleman for her support. I know the managers work with multiple properties so Im always impressed Kat can somehow be so easily reachable, often even immediately. I personally know many homeowners here and its clear theyve happily adopted her, realizing her commitment to serving our neighborhood. As like any HOA manager her tasks include difficult people as much as difficult buildings, and Kat convincingly maintains a positive outlook and even cheerful manner. This isnt just kindly- it serves the practical purpose of relieving hoa members of guilt for all the problems our older infrastructure can present as if purposely for the sake of challenging her patience and skillset. Kats always there for us- systematically handling the big, small, and huge repair and maintenance issues of a unique and aging property, and babysitting any fussy homeowners as needed. She and the RM team have now clearly seen us through a very difficult transition of managers and management companies with her persistent learning, mindful contributions and patient guidance.

Previous HOA managers did the minimum, while Ms. Bundi stepped up adding value with a newsletter and helping to create a community resident operated business directory. Its things like this that make an organization stand out. They didnt have to do any of it, but they did and are engaged.

I can clearly say that 5 stars ⭐️ does not reflect her commitment/dedication to our community, it should be 10 stars ⭐️. Our property manager Victoria does a fantastic job from communication to solving our property issues to working with residents, etc…I would recommend RealManage/Victoria for any property. Id love to have Ron as my community manager. He never disappoints!

    I encountered payment issues but I had the fortune of interacting with a remarkable individual, Steven Santamaria, who serves as the Community Association Manager. He proved to be exceptionally sincere and supportive throughout this entire ordeal. I believe RealManage would benefit from adopting his approach, which involves promptly addressing issues and collaborating to find solutions. It took months to address this problem, but with Mr. Santamarias assistance, it was resolved within a few days. By fostering a cooperative spirit rather than resorting to legal experts, we could potentially lower our HOA costs.

    I needed help with a billing issue and was referred to our neighborhood’s association management director, Jennifer Payne. She communicated details of my issue to the Board of Directors on my behalf, so the process took a little time to resolve, and we exchanged several emails along the way. You can tell a lot about a person just from exchanging a few emails with them. I was impressed by the way Jennifer handled my case. She responded to each of my emails in a timely manner, she provided the information that I needed, and she was courteous and a pleasure to deal with throughout the process. Happy to say, also, that in the end the issue was resolved in my favor. If she’s the management director for your neighborhood, too, then you’re in luck!

    Our community has been using RealManage to manage our property for about a year and a half now, and they did have some staffing issues in the beginning. Since theyve hired and assigned Kat Aleman as our Community Association Manager, service has greatly improved. Kat has been very responsive to issues that arise and always keeps us informed as to the status of any work scheduled for the property. Shes well organized and attentive at our HOA meetings, and always handles questions or concerns brought up by residents in a professional manner. Shes truly been a pleasure to work with.

    As an HOA Board member, RealManage has been a quality neighborhood partner and management company. Their people are top-notch, too! Especially our neighborhood manager Mark Collingwood! Mark also kept the Board abreast of anything that might affect the neighborhood - contractual issues, budgets, pending legislation and neighborhood compliance issues!     Spring Sullivan, our RealManage account manager, has been great to work with as our development moved from the developers control over to our communitys control. She has been extremely diligent in getting issues resolved quickly and with a great deal of attention paid to costs (ours!). Spring worked tirelessly reviewing our vendor contracts in an attempt to reduce our monthly costs and shes been quite successful with that. RealManage has a fantastic client portal that is very easy to use and understand and the reports that the HOA board uses are a wealth of information.Spring, our board looks forward to working with you in the future.     Victoria Escamilla is a critical part of our community. She is intelligent, she is capable, she is experienced, and she is extremely pleasant to work with. Her expertise and advice is sought after and valued by the board as well as by the community residents. One (of the many) thing I greatly appreciate about Victoria is that she doesn’t know the answer to a board question, she admits it and commits to figuring it out…and then actually does so! When she follows up with the board not only does she provide the answer, she also comes to the board with a plan of action if necessary. She is transparent about management fees or costs and works with the board and residents to set the right expectations. She is very communicative and responsive to all inquiries, but more importantly considering our community does not have on-site management, Victoria takes initiative and proactively addresses issues.I have owned multiple condos and dealt with several different property managers (as a resident and a board member) and in my opinion, Victoria is in a totally different league than the rest. I greatly appreciate all that she does for our community.

    When my granddaughter came over for a visit, I discovered that my digital key for the community pool wasn’t working.     I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the team at Real Manage (Austin) for their commitment to our community during the past several months during this national pandemic. These are very unprecedented times. The Covid-19 update emails from the executive team were very informative. The common areas continued to be serviced by the maintenance crew. I’d like to give a special shout out to our Property Manager, Spring Sullivan. Although she was not able to be on site, it did not interfere with her ability to respond to any question I have had of recent in a timely fashion. I find Spring to be professional, with a personal flair. She is very knowledgeable of the community and their concerns. It is my belief that she is an asset to Real Manage. I look forward to seeing her on property soon.

I would rate our RealManage property manager, Wendy Mueller, a full 5 stars! I recently had the opportunity to work with Wendy when our community decided to establish a Welcome Committee for new owners/residents. She had so many great ideas! She suggested we host a Welcome Night reception, which we did--it was a great success, in my opinion. She helped in the planning and came to answer questions. Any request for information or help we needed was responded to promptly. Ive observed Wendy handling challenges and difficult questions with professionalism and respect.

    Jennifer Payne works for our HOA. I am not exactly sure what she does but what I do know is that shes incredibly fast in her response!!! Usually I do not expect any response back from HOA for at least a couple of days but she always respond within minutes! It blew me away! Shes courteous, professional, answers my questions, and very helpful!!!! It makes a huge difference when she replies back to me so I can move forward with our plan for the house. Today she was so kind to help me re-submit my architectural requests with all the different attachments I sent to her without asking me to re-fill the online form again myself. That was not something she had to do but yet so appreciated. Of course, she did it within 5 minutes, too!!

    As the President of the HOA for a small community, I am extremely pleased with Julie Wright of Real Manage. Julie has been our manager for close to two years.     It is Thanksgiving and one of the things that I am genuinely thankful for is SaraMarie Blunt, our HOA Community Manager representing the RealManage Company.She has brought talent, expertise, and unique service perspective to our Homeowners Association that I’ve rarely seen in 20 years. Consider SaraMarie’s service like a tightrope walker with a long balance pole and an angry gorilla on her shoulders.The gorilla represents the few adult homeowners in our community whose social skills would horrify a kindergartener. SaraMarie has developed a response approach that resembles a covenants Nerf bat with a rock in the end. When she encounters the outrageous homeowner claims, she gently whacks them on the head with her covenants Nerf bat until the rock starts to get their attention and they start acting like adults.One side of the balance pole represents her knowledge of her company, its organization, and its service contract boundaries. She taps that knowledge deftly to solve our community service issues to the satisfaction of RealManage and our HOA Board, a real balancing act itself.The other side of the balance pole represents her understanding of the dynamics of residential homeowners. Since our HOA is quite young, SaraMarie’s counsel about solving existing neighborhood issues and anticipating trouble has been a helpful source of both immediate solution and longer-term solution to avoid the issues in the first place.Although she has a daunting professional job, she does it with a little smile on her face and a wry bit of humor that helps us put our problems in a more manageable perspective.I cannot officially represent my Board of Directors opinion with this public review, but I can express my personal view of SaraMarie’s service as one of the Directors who routinely works with her.Jerry Everett

    Amanda Davis manages our 88 unit condominium association and has been doing an excellent job. She works extremely well with our Board members by keeping us informed on all issues related to our HOA, communicating with our homeowners, and coordinating work with our outside vendors and contractors. Her efforts are critical to our volunteer Board members being able to perform our duties in a responsible manner. Its a team effort and she is an integral part of it.

    My community has been working with RealManage for some time now and we are so glad we made the switch to them from our old management company. The transition from the old company to RealManage took a little bit of time and there were a few bumps, but nothing that wasn’t expected. Our community is now working with SaraMarie Blunt and she is AMAZING! SaraMarie came in and helped get our community back on track. SaraMarie is knowledge, responsive, personable and professional. If SaraMarie doesn’t know an answer she’ll find it and relay whatever information she finds. She’s on top of it and our community is lucky to have her!     Spring Sullivan went above and beyond when I ran into some hurdles getting my account established. Our escrow completely dropped the ball for 4 months, but Spring stayed on them. When escrow finally released the checks to me directly, Spring offered to swing by my house and collect the checks in person so there would not be anymore delays. She notified me when the checks were processed too. Real Manage is lucky to have her!

In this difficult process, she innovated to suggest a possible solution which got me registered. So, Id say she was excellent. I was expecting this to be a nitemare to get the info I needed, as it pertained to a property fire which occurred in 2016! Also, we had a different property mgr @ that time. To my surprise, Cindy returned my call in a timely manner, and the issue is being resolved with my insurance co. as we speak. It is refreshing not to have to call over and over without a response --I really appreciate the excellent service provided and look forward to more of that in the future... thanks again!

    We have been with Real Manage for almost 4 yrs. throughout those years we had many property managers come and mostly go. Emily Francis became our Manager over 2 years and it has been 110% better. She has communicated and followed through we what we request.RM itself gets a lots of complaints on not answering or returning homeowners phone calls or emails. I dont have that issue but the homeowners do. I think maybe a few more employees to handle the Austin area would eliminate a lot of problems.Summercrest HOA

    I need to give Ron, The Community Association Manager for the Enclave at Estancia a Big shout outRon excels above all others as a Community Manager.We lived in another Lennar community for 15 years, and never... have any of the multiple managers there ever responded to a problem like Ron.First, Ron listens and does not demean, He is a problem solver, follows up and shows concern, and goes the extra mile. When the problem(s) are solved - he lets you know. RealManage is extremely lucky to have him and should consider him a great asset.     I will have to say I am new to the suburbs and getting into the ritual of paying an HOA fee. I have made some minor mistakes and was desperate to speak directly with a human being. In my opinion, that shows great quality and shows REAL MANAGE values their customers. I was able to reach out via email and Spring Sullivan came to my rescue!!!I was so nervous I would be penalized for my minor mistakes and she treated me with compassion and was empathetic to my situation. She is very professional every time Ive had to speak with her. It really did melt my heart.     I live in the Verde Ranch Loop Townhome community. Two weeks ago, I discovered water was pooling around my outside meter box. It overflowed into the streets. I called the utility company but their office is closed after office hours. So I decided to try our HOA hotline. SaraMarie Blunt, the community association manager returned my call promptly. She caught me on my way out to bring my daughter to her cross country practice. SaraMarie told me not to worry, she will handle it and keep me up to date. In less than 15 minutes she called me back and said that she had contacted the emergency hotline of city of leander utility and someone is on the way down to look at the issue. I got another update from her later that they had gone over and looked at the problem. It looks like the leak is coming from my neighbors meter, and not mine. At this point, she advised that theres nothing else I need to do but thanked me for alerting her and the authorities. All these conversations took place between 5-7 pm well after normal working hours. Throughout the whole conversation, SaraMarie was calm and courteous and professional. She assured me and allowed me to focus on my daughter at her practice without worrying about whats going on at home. She took care of everything and kept me informed every step of the way.     Thank you Cyndi Means for responding to our issue promptly, May 1. She spoke with the vendor account manager for our Community and they advised that because we have the model with full landscape, they are hesitant to know what should be maintained and what shouldnt. They will put us on the schedule for shrubs to be maintained on their visit next week if they cant get to it today. Beds are contracted for 14 maintenances annually on an as needed basis.I met Jose Torres on May 3 and he got all of our bushes trimmed and we discussed future trimmings too. He was very nice and really wants to make this place look nice. I was very impressed.Thank you for your followup call the other day. I look forward to continued good communications going forward.Well, this issue did not even last a week. Apparently there was a change in staff and we are right back to where we were before. The new person trimmed 3 bushes and said he would be back to trim the rest the following week, which was today, did not happen. Weeds are growing.Real Manage in my opInion are inept as a management company. No follow through. No verifying if work was done. Poor communication. I feel I am doing their job. The Management was just at our Condos a week ago and said it would be taken care of the next day...NOT! I would never recommend them as a HOA management company. - Susan Showler

Being a ADARMY Wife as well as being disabled having your husband deployed with the closest family member in Central Florida is hard.
