To say we are pleased with Ryan and his Real Property Management Trailhead team is an understatement.Ryan has made being out of town homeowners stress free.He was instrumental in getting our house ready for the rental market and reducing off market days. His staff and maintenance team are very responsive, personable, knowledgeable and professional.I also appreciate the effort he placed on finding the right tenant for the property and also keeps their best interest in mind. Ryan is a standout property manager. He makes the process so simple for me as an owner; I dont have to worry about anything. When the inevitable occurs (i.e. dishwasher goes out, tenants want to break lease early) he takes such a commonsense approach to quickly solving it and always puts my interests first. If you are looking for a property manager, call him first and dont worry about the rest because he takes care of it all. Also, his communication style is always genuine and transparent. From day 1, this has given me a ton of trust in him and his business.

I lived in apartment complexes my entire adult life. After many problems in complexes around Fort Worth, I finally decided to rent a house. RPM Trailhead made everything easy from the start, including viewing the house, application, and signing the lease. Ive had a few (normal) issues with the house since moving in and Ryan has been very quick to respond AND very quick to fix the issues.I waited a few months into my lease to leave this review to see how the company operates. Overall, I am extremely happy in my new home and the service Ive received from RPM Trailhead.

I have to say the level of professionalism, proactiveness, and attention to detail Ive experienced thus far with RPM has been second to none. Since the beginning, Ryan had been very helpful, answered any and all questions Ive had promptly, and has always kept myself and my propertys best interest in mind. Just recently we had a cold snap and Ryan being the proactive person he is, sent an email out to my tenants to ensure the utilities were running to avoid any potential damage from pipe leaks/bursts. It turned out my tenants were out of town and werent able to follow the guidance provided so Ryan took time out of his day after hours in severe icy weather conditions just to check on the house to make sure that everything was ok. He even took the extra step of turning off the water meter to avoid any major pipe damage and inspected to check for potential leaks. He did this and gave me a full report just so I was aware and in the loop without me even asking. I havent had this level of service in the past and Im just thankful to have RPM in my corner for my property management needs and would recommend them with high regards. Thank you for everything that you do RPM team.

I don’t usually do reviews, however, the time, attention and detail provided by the owner of Real Property Management Trailhead far exceeded my expectations. 1st - He was the only property manager out 6 to actually answer the phone (and he was the owner). I feel like if your good at your job and you want my business then you should #1 have someone answering your phones. He listened to my thoughts on my rental properties and provided immediate feedback. He, connected me with other professionals to assist with a few property related questions (real estate attorney, CPA). We met in person a few days later and he evaluated my properties and provided honest feedback necessary to maintain my investments and maximize by portfolio without exaggerating amounts. I plan to recommend him to friends, family, and colleagues.
