    BLUF: Working with J and Terri will be one of the more rewarding decisions you make in life.WHAT YOU ALL CAME FOR: I bought a house back in Nov 2018 in Lubbock from Betenbough Homes. Shortly after I was released from my job and my girl left, so like every rationale human being would do; I joined the military. I walked in J’s office in July of 2019 and told him I didn’t want to deal with a single aspect of the house, the rent, the tenant, nothing; I was leaving and had no reason to look back.From Fall 2019 all the way to the day of my comment (Sept 2024), I haven’t had to spend more than a few fleeting seconds of time wondering if things were going to be taken care of. There was always a tenant in the home, the tenant and their requests were always managed and provided for, and I could set my watch to the money being deposited into my account.I cannot emphasize how stress-free J and his team, shout out Terri, have made this journey in real estate for me. I was able to focus on my career in the military with no doubts that things would be okay in Texas because of them.Thank you J (and Terri) for the hard work that you’ve put in. And to whoever is reading this, I’d say good luck but you won’t need it with these guys.

    I’ve been looking to move somewhere but I’ve only dealt with private owners so I decided to step out the box scared and all.. I went on Zillow and ran across my home viewed it etc.. so taking that next step I did application process w real property and haven’t been disappointed w the process.. Terri has been the absolutely best with this. She made the application process a breeze.. she was very fast and prompt w approval and very business minded and great customer service.. I never went blinded with anything she was on top with my documents etcUpon picking up my keys meeting her in person she was very bright and welcoming I literally felt at home and realized I have made a great choice renting w these guysI’m locked in for the next year but I hope it be a great ride and experience so that I can keep renting from them but all in all I have no complaints so far about this company5stars in my book😃

    This property management company so far has been wonderful to work with! They actually listen and hear your needs! They’re so quick with any issues we are having. Example, we needed some fence pickets fixed that were messed up from before we moved in and they were literally there that same day to fix it! They are great at communicating and very transparent!! I would recommend them to anyone!

    I have a property in Lubbock, Texas that was being managed by another property management company for 5 months. They were unable to find me a renter and they had very bad communication skills. I had a renter for one month in my property and didn’t even know it. Since then I switched to Real Property Services and I now know what is going on with my property. J. Hiler keeps me informed and updates all my statements to reflect the activities of my property. This was the best change that I made to have J. Hiler of Real Property Services manage my investment property!

    Once upon a time I was looking for a property manager for my home and my neighbor recommended me to RPM and after woking with them I would highly recommend them to anyone I know. The process is super easy, J means business and is very professional and completely fair to both sides of renting, and Ive had issues come up that are communicated upfront and handled effectively and immediately. Im very happy I took the leap of faith to trust RPM and would again recommend them to anyone I know.

    I’ve been renting from RPM for about 2.5 years now and they’ve been the best leasing agency I’ve worked with. Although the house I’m in is a fairly older house, they are always on top of maintenance requests and making sure we are taken care of. So far so good! I can’t recommend them enough!

    As a new rental property owner, I highly recommend RPMS company. I have had a pretty bad experience with my previous management, and I am so happy I choose to work with J. Hiler. He made the transition run smoothly, and they had a qualified tenant within 2 weeks. I also love their weekly status reports on your property that shows stats on how many leads, showing, upcoming showing, etc. If anyone is looking for a great property management company that will take good care of your property needs, I highly recommend Real Property Management Services.     This is the company to turn to when you want your property managed well and profitably. They are the best. I turned my property over to J Hiler and real property management services from another company. The other company was terrible at communicating and let my property sit empty and languishing for months unleased. J got the repairs done very quickly, within 1 to 2 weeks, and had it leased 1 to 2 weeks after that for a higher rent then I was expecting! I couldn’t be happier.

    I will be coming back to these guys indefinitely!I had a terrible experience working with another property management company in Lubbock prior to working with Candace at Real Property Management. Long story short, this other company kept telling me that I was asking too much for rent for my property (I was asking $1,100). I felt as if though they were telling me to lower rent so that it would make their job easier by showing a tenant an unbelievable deal and signing the first tenants they showed the property. When I confronted them, they were rude and told me Id be hard pressed to find anyone in town who could rent the property for my asking price.In comes Candace... I found Real Property Management and gave them a call. Candace was super eager to work with me and she treated me like she cared (to put it simply). In 4 days, Candace had the property under contract for $1,275/mo.I cannot say enough good things about this company! Thank you guys!

    I know these guys have a few bad reviews, but trust me, you can do so much worse. For example, I rented from a private owner while attending Tech University. The owner decided to hire a scam company called Meridian. They did practically nothing and the owner was paying them to manage. Meridian started filing evictions left and right once they took over. I met some of my neighbors and they showed me concrete proof that Meridian was lying. The apartments I was living at, turned into a weekly motel. Ive never seen anything like it. And then, sure enough, they came for me. I thought I was safe because I never signed a single piece of paper with them. They ran an elaborate scheme and summoned me to court as a month-to-month tenant with no lease. I had been living there years before the owner hired Meridian. It was my fist time in civil court and I couldnt believe the corruption I witnessed. The judge ruled in their favor on every case that day. Meridian didnt bring a single thing, no papers, photos, or evidence,. The other tenants/defendants had pictures, paperwork, and piles of evidence proving Meridian was lying. I was watching the whole time and the judge looked at none of it. So, I knew I had no chance. I literally did nothing wrong and I have never been in debt. It was over a small amount of money, but their scam ruined my credit and tenant record for many years to come. Meridian Property Management scams owners and renters on a whole other level. So, trust me, you can do much, much worse.
