We relocated to The Woodlands a year ago and have been very fortunate to have our current home managed by Real Property Management Republic in The Woodlands. I meant to send this review in months ago about how excellent their services are. Mercedes and her team made the move in process very seamless especially by providing us with a service to transfer all of the utilities to our name with one phone call. They take very good care of the property and are incredibly responsive any time that we have needed something. They are professional in all of their communication and genuinely care about their tenants needs. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, professional management company in the area. Thank you!

Real Property Management Republic group has been the biggest blessing to my family since moving into one of their properties in 2023. I have never felt more safe, supported, or cared for before this group. They regularly check on the property to ensure everything is in perfect working order, and act immediately if something needs to be fixed. In addition, they have taken the time to get to know me to continue to provide unmatched customer support, while feeling like the family I never had. I am so grateful for this group!!

Working with Matt at RPM was a great experience. I rented a property for 2.5 years. We experienced a couple of plumbing issues and RPM was very easy to work with. All necessary work was completed in a very timely manner.I gave them 5 stars!

Anything we needed was taken care of by RPM. I love their website, very easy to navigate and communicate or request service. My landlord was using Katy Property Management before and I am SO thankful that she made the switch to Real Property Management. This is my first time dealing with home rentals and I thought all realty places were as horrible uncaring places but Matt at Real Property Management was just spectacular. They demonstrate how renters are supposed to be treated.

I am a house owner and have multiple properties. I moved over to RPM and Matt Childs became our lead property manager about 5 months ago after I was with another company for over 20 years.Thus far he has been on top of everything as well as make suggestions for preventative care on my homes for less repairs down the road.He is very well educated and keeps your home in good shape while keeping good communication with the tenants. Their online system makes operating for tenants easy.Highly recommend this property management company!

Amazing. They are very easy to work with if you are upfront and honest. I had issues during Covid with work but they were so very helpful. If I have a maintenance issue, who I work with constantly is Johnny on the spot. And I have a disabled child as well. Love the team

This company has exceeded my expectations from any rental I’ve ever had. I had an issue with my a/c not cooling off on the weekend and within the hour of putting the work order in they had someone call me to come out and fix the issue as well as any other issue I’ve had since I moved in, they make it happen in a timely manner. They are very accommodating, respectful and aim to please their tenants. Highly recommend!
