This is my 2nd Property Management Company in Austin, TX. My first PM was Lee Properties and while Lee Properties had great customer service, their expense ratio was extremely high. Their nickle and diming on basic things such as changing a Ceiling Fan pull chain brought my expenses to a point I was losing money and considering selling my investment properties. When I voiced my concern, they responded saying it was the nature of my unit and my tenants (which I perceived as their responsibility).FAST FORWARD TO LONESTAR RPM... Before selling my unit, I thought Id give another PM a chance. Lonestar RPM is simply AMAZING. Not only have they brought my expense ratio down, they offer online statements (3 per month), and direct deposit. I have only had 3 turnovers in 2 years on 4 units and each time the turnover was < 30 days and they were able to increase the rents.Lonestar RPM is BY FAR the best Property Manager I have ever worked with.
