    Our heat upstairs was blowing cold air. Turns out the thermostat was broken and it was quickly fixed for us. The technician was friendly and courteous. It was fixed quickly and now everything is working great. He even showed me how to work the new thermostat so there was no confusion.

    We have worked as a vendor with apartment homes, realtors and developers in the past but this company has been the best we have ever dealt with. Lori is very quick to respond and resolve any issues. We get paid within the week which makes a huge difference. The properties are in good condition and they dont have unrealistic expectations like most other property managers have. As a service company, we love working with them.

    Lori made my move smooth and hassle free. She was very professional and helpful. Was able to do the bulk of it online. A few minor move in repairs were needed and they were quick to respond. The maintenance team was there within 2 hours to help resolve some of the issues.

    We have been renters with this company for two years now, and it seems like the staff has grown. We have always had wonderful, communicative, quick interactions with these folks. They get our problems fixed fast and well. Generally available by text which I love. And they have a nice of office with a gorgeous dog, if you like those. Great company, WAY better than the apartment management where we used to live. Same people, so you get to build relationships and know names.

    Hi everyone, I just wanted to say, that I leased a home from Real Property Management, and I worked with a wonderful lady name Lori, I thought she was very helpful on finding exactly what I was wanting and in the location that I wanted in the area. I like this company because they are great priced considering that to apartments now and these days. I was leasing an 2 bedroom apartment for $2200 a month and found my self paying $700 less for more living area and a yard. My 100% recommendation is to call or go in and speak to Lori, and I bet you’ll be happier with a home from this company then any realtor or on your own.

    Im a current tenant. Unfortunately we had some plumbing issues. Lori had her team correct these issues immediately. I overheard the plumbers quote for fixing the issue and it wasnt cheap. RPM understood that regardless of price the issue had to be addressed. Thank you Lori!

    As a current tenant, its crucial for management companies to promptly react and consistently follow-up to urgent emergencies their tenant might face (like a broken AC as was my case) and although I had to suffer thru hot suffocating temps while waiting for repair, I can honestly say that RPMs owner Michael does put high priority on correcting/upgrading any processes that may hinder efficient maintenance scheduling procedures. I can honestly say that RPM stands behind their commitment to both owner & tenant. Other management companies in Houston should follow RPMs lead in providing exceptional management services.

    Kelly McCullen with Real Property Management Prestige by far has to be one of the best realtors in the Houston Metro area to say the least. It started with a simple phone call to Kelly months before we knew how our path forward on relocating and using her organization to manage our home would transition. The way she carefully articulated how the process works gave us more than just the confidence to move forward, the experience from the phone call to actually handing our home over literally made us feel if as if we never actually owned our home. It was less than one week after moved that RPMP had tenants in place to move into our home. We didnt feel the least bit of pressure. After going over the contract details we had a clear understanding of how the property is managed by RPMP and the services they provide. Kelly actually called a couple of times after the initial meeting just to see if we had questions or concerns that wasnt addressed prior to and during the process.     Dave Reynolds at Real Property Management helped us put our home for rent in less than a month he always answered our calls its really nice to be able to speak to a live person and not an answering machine we had communication threw out the whole process we definitely recommend Real Property Management they are very nice, polite, excellent and very professional.Update: We left this company after 2 years because they were not following the rules and restrictions that we asked for our rental home they were more concerned about the attendants then us who were the one who were paying them a monthly fee at the end they would not return my calls and when those attendants left they hired a company to go clean the house and everything they destroyed but did an awful job my husband and I had to go and clean the house ourselves because the floors were sticky the stove was still dirty, the bathroom, the yard ect, ect, and every time something needed to be fix we had to be the ones to hire someone to fix what needed to be fix cause the company they would hire wanted to charge to much we had to do everything ourselves that was the reason we hired them in the first place so that we could have peace of mind and not be worried, to many problems with them at the end, I do not recommend this company to no one!
