    Jay helped me from beginning to end!!! Always so sweet and sincere, and although I knew he was working with more clients than just me I always felt like my application was top priority. Even when my application was turned down at first by the owner he offered to send me similar homes in the area. In the end I got my house and he was an AMAZING help! I would 10 out of 10 recommend Real Property Management!

    Pedro Sanchez was great!! He was very apologetic when he missed my 1st call and when he says he will get back to you at a certain time he does just that..!!! I am relocating from a different state and I had a two year old and we were on a serious time crunch to find the perfect place. Thats all I needed to say and he had me in contact with another pleasant person who showed me two properties at a time of day when I know they were closed.. so greatful I found him!!! I stayed a few more days after applying and I got the place!!! So grateful 🙏🏾.. The property is beautiful!! Im glad I didnt settle

    Carmen was incredibly helpful throughout the whole application and move in process. She’s so awesome, kind, helpful, and always available to answer any of my questions in a timely manner.Maintenance has been great! Alberto answered and solved my maintenance request in a very timely manner!I’ve been living here for some months now, and I’m so happy!Update: I had to call maintenance to fix my sink recently, and Alberto has been amazing once again. I loved how quick they came and fixed the drain on my sink.

    Communication was really good and leading was super simple, I think total process was 3-4 days from the time I applied to the time i signed my lease. What made it even easier is the fact that I am out of state. This gave me peace of mind for my moving date

    It happened really fast and efficiently love the experience. Jay helped us out and although it was a slow start we ended up getting the house we really wanted.     Mostly great. Usually very responsive & quick concerning maintenance issues. Upon moving in everything was left gross (urine stains and grime all over, in, and around the toilet, plus some other issues), however, Ive lived here over a year now & enjoy where Im at for the moment. Management attentive and respectful. Carmens been a great help. The Maintenance workers they have sent thus far have all been good peeps.

    The gentlemen I spoke with was polite, efficient and helpful, 10/10Edit: allow me to elaborate - from the first point of contact, each staff member I spoke to was helpful and understanding. Throughout the entire process whilst they are difficult to reach. They did exactly what was marketed to me. They verified my income, my rental history, and their obligo no rent program is interesting ( its third party useful if you lack capitol ) their rates for the properties are also pretty legit ( was paying 4500 a month for a comparable property, 2300 through these guys) all and all very pleasant and easy experience. Total time from application to acceptance was less than 10 days. Mostly due to information I was slow to submit. My credit score is abysmal, but my income is very high - 9/10 would recommend at this point due to my experience. My ONLY major complaint is ...they are difficult to reach and use a relay system for communications. But honestly so far...worth the wait. Highly recommend these guys. Also highly recommend better seo for their website. Despite being difficult to reach, their STAFF Will contact you and have been a delight to have assisting my new rental.But seriously very professional, works with entrepreneurs, quick to address your questions when they can be reached.The other reviews align with my experience. I recieved no benefit for posting this, its just my personal experience. Rpm...is and has been a great experience for me thus far.
