Tamyra Stusick is very responsive when there have been repairs needed on our rental house. She has all the information available, and she has dependable repair people to do the work. She is professional and caring toward the tenants as well as to us. Tamyra is a great Property Manager. Over the past 10 months, she has been very easy to work with, always responsive, and accommodating to my requests as a busy property owner. She is well liked by my tenants and is always a great buffer between owner and tenant for all property management concerns and issues that occur from time to time. She has helped and guided me through a difficult tenant early-on and has gotten my property listed and tenant secured within 2 weeks both times.

Excellent property management company. Tamyra is responsive to both owner and tenant needs. Shes very nice too. She is able to rent and close properties very fast minimizing vacancies. When repairs are needed they are managed quickly, reliably and inexpensively. I have no concerns about maintenance and caretaking of our house. We are very happy to have our rental home managed by Real Properties.

I moved into a rental home at the beginning of August and the landlord uses Real Property Pioneer Management. In the past I have dealt directly with my landlord so I was a little unsure of how this would work, but I have been pleasantly surprised! Tamyra is extremely responsive and professional. She not only schedules maintenance requests, but ensures that they reach out when they’re on the way, etc. and even follows up afterwards to ensure things are in working order! Oh, and she even had a welcome basket for me at move in, which was a nice added touch! I highly recommend!!!

I have been with RPM Preston Trails for 4-5 months now and I am much happier with their service than I was with my previous property management company. In particular, I have worked exclusively with Tamyra Stusick so far at RPM Preston Trails, and have found her to be professional, sharp, dedicated, responsive and committed to working with me and our tenants on all issues raised. After having 6 months of vacancy with another local PM firm, and listening to excuses after excuses with no results, Tamyra found strong tenant within 2 weeks. My only regret in this is that I didnt go to Tamyra first.
