Excellent property management company. I was in rush to lease this property and they supported me in all possible ways I could ever ask for. I just have good words to say about Real Property Management. They were able to get a new tenant in one month during Holiday season (Thanksgiving and Christmas). This property management company is very systematic in all aspects and I had a smooth transition in my leasing process. Really recommend this company. 5 starts. Exceptional customer service from top to bottom. After starting the application, I had some questions coming to mind that I always forgot to ask. I am sure it wouldve annoyed most people, but Gin was patient and courteous every time. After that first contact, she answered every call with my name(instead of some generic business greeting) and was ready to help with anything. Personal touches like that go a long way, it gave me a great first impression. William, our property manager, is fantastic. Again, super courteous very communicative, and eager to help his tenants have the home they deserve. It honestly feels like we are heard and appreciated, something that seems to be rare from a property management group these days. Overall, It does not feel like we will slip through the cracks and just become a faceless signature on a check. 10/10 Recommended from me! -

They also took professional photos and listed it on the market. Within a month, the property was rented! I am particularly impressed with the online portal and reporting system. It is very easy to use and provides me with all the information I need about my property. Real Property Management MidTown have made the process of renting out my property stress-free and profitable. I would highly recommend to other property owners. -

My husband found a home online and inquired. They responded immediately to allow us a self-guided tour of the home. For Christmas 2022, I told the team I wanted a signed lease and be in a house for the new year and that’s exactly what I got. We were amazed at how fast everything occurred. RPMM was there with a welcome team to get things moving forward and provided assistance and resources for the move. There has never been a lack of communication and I genuinely appreciate it. From start to finish, RPMM were and still are extremely responsive, professional and know how to get things done. We’ve been in our home a little over a month now and the team is consistently going above and beyond (not that there are issues with our home) but just checking in. We love it and we would highly recommend RPM Midtown to help you find your next home and to help you manage your next rental. They’re amazing people and enjoy helping families! I really appreciate RPM Midtown. Finding a new rental is hard now.They made this process so easy for me and totally went out of their way to help me, even with the deposit. They had a deposit alternative program that was a blessing for my budget. After I saw the home everything was done online and then I had my move-in day a week later. -
