Jeff has been our landlord for over 4 years. Whenever we have a maintenance issue it is handled within 1-2 days. Rent is fair. They are not greedy landlords like Scott Brown. Highly recommend!

I thoroughly enjoy working with this company. Ive had nothing but an honest and professional experience with them. As a vendor things can get difficult with communication and policies but with Real Property Management its always straight forward, reliable and convenient. Very pleased with the multiple tasks Ive performed for them and I cant wait for more in the future. Always leaving the tenants, the company and I 100% satisfied.

Jeff and Jackson are not only two of the nicest people Ive dealt with, but they are also incredibly professional and very responsive. I will, without a doubt, be using Real Property Management Lakeview for all of my future property management needs in the Denton area. They continuously go above and beyond to make sure my property is taken care of, even if that means doing the work themselves. I genuinely appreciate their hard work and would give them more stars if Google would allow me too.

We rented a house from Real Property Management Lakeview in Feb. 2020. The transaction was handled very professionally. They alleviated any concerns we had regarding the property and answered questions we had about the community amenities. If they were not sure of the answer, they found out immediately and let us know. We have been in the house for 5 months now and we receive an occasional email asking us if everything is OK. I appreciate that they do not schedule walkthroughs or make unexpected visits. They came out and changed the AC filter in the attic recently, but did not ask to enter the house as all they needed to do was go into the attic, which was accessible through the garage. PLUS, they even asked me if I needed help lifting any items I was planning to put into the attic while they had the attic open! They are such nice guys!!! I hope we do not have to move in the near future, but if we do, I hope Real Property Management has another home we could move in to as I would definitely use them again.
