ALL I CAN SAY IS: CRYSTAL!!!! CRYSTAL!!! CRYSTAL!!!If it hadnt been for all of Crystals fabulous, attentive, and professional help, my husband and I would have gotten out of the landlord business completely. Crystal has always been very prompt to help us with any questions. She has vetted all potential tenants, and she has chosen very good people to place in out units. BEFORE CRYSTAL: my husband and I sometimes rented to people that ended up trashing one of our units. It would cost us thousands of dollars to rehab a trashed unit. AFTER CRYSTAL: when a tenant leaves, they do not leave their stuff for us to remove! They do not trash the place. This has allowed us to make normal improvements on normal wear and tear. Crystal has saved us a great deal of money. Both my husband and I thank GOD for Crystals management skills. And, we consider Crystal to be a friend as well as a professional property manager. THANK YOU, RPM, for maintaining Crystal in her position in Marble Falls, and you really need to pay her more! We have had a number of property managers before her, but none of them have lived up to Crystals standard of care of both landlords and our tenants.

Great people to rent from! I rented the house on Yucca Dr and the rent is worth the scenery and privacy. Crystal was very kind, easy to talk to, and helpful! The house was freshly built and wow it was very cozy to live in! Very grateful for them!

We lived at the Baycliff Apartments for only a short while, although we would have loved to stay longer. The apartments were well taken care of and when we had an issue with our washing machine, Crystal Russell was on top of things! Everything happened so quickly and I was surprised at how fast and efficient our issue was handled. We didn’t have further issues, but I’m confident if we did, whatever the issue would have been, would have been handled quickly and professionally. We did hear some scraping from the trees rubbing on the roof and the next day there were out trimming the trees! I mean it’s like they are mind readers.Communication is so important when it comes to property management and my point of contact - Crystal has always been really good about getting back. I think y’all take this job seriously and it’s very refreshing to see.Thank you again for everything and I wish my next place would have the same property managers.

Without Crystal managing our properties and your business, we would be looking for another managment team....The previous staff caused the loss of over $8000 !Your upper management denied our losses were due to neglect of unpaid rents abandonment by leasees, squatters damaging the abandoned property and lack of notification to owners.Crystal Watts has kept a close watch on our 4 properties in Horseshoe Bay Resort and continues to provide up to date inteligence on conditions.I only wish that she had the staff support needed to service our other properties in Burnet and SpicewoodRobert M. I worked with Crystal last year when I was listing a home that RPM had been managing for my seller. I’m a realtor. The only frustrating experience I had was that employees at RPM were often difficult to reach and after leaving messages I still didn’t hear back. Once I expressed my frustration - Crystal apologized and things were fine. I think communication with their clients needs to be improved though.

Keeps them rented and has new tenants background checks completed and prospective new tenants lined up quickly. Crystal also keeps a watchful eye on my properties. If something needs repairing she finds the least expensive contractor for the job. Crystal is always efficient and responds to anything I ask quickly. Great company with a great employee!

This area is very quiet and pleasant to live in. Occasionally one may hear a medical helicopter arriving at the hospital which is directly across from these apartment buildings. We benefit living directly across from the hospital for many reasons. We are connected to the hospital grid which helps when there is a blackout. Management can be easily accessed by phone or by email. There is also an emergency line.

Dont rent from these folks!! Very unprofessional staff, grounds are not taken care of, its unsafe due to no lighting and they wrongfully kept my security deposit after leaving the place in better condition than when I moved in. They painted over growing mold and its hard to get anything done.
